Enchanting travels can be whatever you want. l have had 2 very different experiences now, full time guide versus destination guide and full on see everything versus taking it a bit easier and having more free time with friends. We had some luxury stays and some less luxury stays. All were great but for me it showed the scope of what this company can do. They can do whatever you want!

For our first visit to India, with very limited knowledge of the country and the travel possibilities, we entrusted the details of our trip to Enchanting Travels. Now that we are back home after spending some 36 days in India, we can attest that our selection of Enchanting Travels was the right one, as the Enchanting Team provided first excellent advise at the planning stage and then had the itinerary and all the hotel, flight, guides and drivers ready at each point of the trip without any flaws. When booking our trip we wanted to visit the camel fair in Pushkar and stay at the Lake Palace hotel in Udaipur, as well as see all hot spots in Northern India. All the other tour companies were not able to make this happen for us, except Enchanting Travels. They were able to accommodate us in everything that we wanted.

Enchanting Travels provided us with an outstanding trip. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel completely comfortable. They wanted to make sure we had the best time possible, even if it meant changing the itinerary. The drivers were first rate and and the hotel accommodations were five star.

Enchanting Travels did a great job of taking care of logistics, and all the guides were top notch. Our contact in South America was available 24/7 by text and was very helpful. We had an excellent trip and I would use them again. They were completely willing to customize around our desires for some travel on our own and some with their support.

I just loved the website and planning process. My trip co-ordinators Lisa and Fernando were extremely helpful and accommodating. The trip proposals supplied were clear and detailed and payment was easy. Especially liked that it was in AU dollars. Also appreciated the nice personal touches like the travel pack we received at our first destination that had a little travel journal. Thanks for making us feel welcome in every place we visited.
