Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, India
This role requires that you:

  • Develop engaging content and copy for our online platforms and campaigns. This includes,
    • Website, travel blog, itineraries and trip proposals.
    • Social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) & external travel blogs
    • Printed publications, including brochures and travel magazines
    • Email marketing and search engine optimization.
  • Managing global English guest feedback process and post trip guest interactions.
  • Supporting on various guest outreach activities and administrative support for the guest relations team.

What we are looking for

  • A talented writer with a panache for digital and print communication
    • Excellent written and verbal American English skills.
    • Strong understanding and proven usage of WordPress, Google Drive, website technologies, content management systems.
    • Experience in developing content for social media platforms, email marketing, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is preferable.
  • 2-3 years customer service, guest relations or sales, preferably with experience dealing with customers from North America and/or Australia.
  • Excellent relationship management skills that you can demonstrate both verbally and written.
  • A self-motivated, independently-working individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
    • Cultural openness and ability to interact with and connect to people from diverse backgrounds
    • Ability to work under pressure, juggles multiple projects with agility, and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
