What’s the position?

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support us with our scale-up journey. The main responsibilities are as follows: 

  • Partner with business leaders across geographies and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs
  • Identify appropriate channels & agencies to source the right candidates and manage those relationships
  • Form close, collaborative & trusted relationships with senior leaders globally to address functional specific talent and learning needs through a consultative approach and implement strategic solutions
  • Set the tone for operational excellence and client management across a broader team 
  • Take up HR support activities as needed

What do we expect from you?

  • 5-10 years of experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
  • Experience working with an organization as a recruiter responsible for hiring full-time employees
  • Experience hiring for a broad range of functions – finance, marketing, operations, etc.
  • Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, lead development, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, candidate management, and interview process management. 
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment 
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team 
  • Strong knowledge of salary negotiations and offer execution (generating offer templates) 
  • Experience in managing HR support and admin responsibilities would be an added advantage
  • Should have a college/university degree
