Delhi Street Walk By A Former Street Kid
Sign up for a walk in Delhi’s Paharganj and New Delhi Railway Station neighborhoods to understand the lives of street children. A former street kid turned guide leads you past recycling shops, a pottery market and temples. Listen to moving stories of how several kids ran away from homes and survived by picking trash from train carriages. Learn how they have gone on to overcome challenges and build their careers. Some of them are at university while others are professional photographers or tour guides for this walk. Experience the satisfaction of helping guides hone their communication skills as they engage you.
