Our week-long visit to Delhi and Rajasthan planned in a short period of time was exceptional. Everything except our dinners was arranged for and included in the itinerary. Our personal guides in each city were engaging and enhanced our experience tremendously. Our chauffeur (far more than a driver) was brilliant. He was also our trip coordinator and provided local guidance as we travelled. The whole visit was executed perfectly and Enchanting staff made it so from planning through to the final wave goodbye. Our experience with enchanting travels was absolutely out of this world. We utilized their services to plan our honeymoon to New Zealand and boy, did they deliver!! Rebecca, went above and beyond to ensure we were truly happy with our itinerary and that It included a good balance of excursions as well as relaxing on our trip. She was receptive to any questions or feedback we had. Our travel liaison, Emma, was there every step of our trip to make sure we were comfortable, never lost, and always had the answers to any of our questions. This trip was truly the trip of a lifetime and a bucket list trip for my husband and I. Our Enchanting Travels trip to Argentina and Uruguay was simply lovely. The itinerary was put together cooperatively, catering to our limited time and desired stops. The transfers were flawless. The drivers were superior, in our case, not only driving safely, but answering so many questions. The guides were excellent, which is perhaps to be expected since they have to study for 3 or 4 years in order to earn tour guide status. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. Delicious breakfasts were included at all hotels. It was so nice to have a local contact to assist us. In one instance, we lost a wallet, and our contact helped us track down where we had left it and arranged for it to be returned. We wanted to see where an ancestor was buried in the British Cemetery in Buenos Aires, and Enchanting Travels located the burial plot and wove that stop into our tour. These are examples of the excellent service we received.

The folks from Enchanting Travels held my hand throughout this trip. I love that I was assigned a travel coordinator for the trip who I could contact whenever I needed assistance. We met a couple of times to review the itinerary before the trip and he was available to me during the trip for any questions I might have. I took my niece to Japan and had never been there so I was pretty nervous about the trip. My trip coordinator made sure I had all of the tickets, itinerary information, etc I needed and when the transfers between hotels and tours were going to complicated, they provided a person (or people) to make sure we got the right place on time. They also provided pictures and very specific directions to places we needed to travel to on our own. In addition, a typhoon hit while we were in Japan and communication regarding cancellations and changes were pretty good. I would book with Enchanting Travels again.

This was the most remarkable family trip we have ever taken. While I usually plan our vacations, a trip to Japan with a different language and culture and just having opened up after 2 years of pandemic lockdown made me reach out for help. Enchanting Travels had everything covered. Anita listened genuinely to the interests of my family and strove to make our trip special for everyone. We had dinner with a remarkable Geisha and Meiko at a Michelin star restaurant in Tokyo, and I was humbled by these ladies sincere desire to honor their countries traditions. My 20 something kids LOVED the pop culture and anime, and the foodies in our group had amazing sushi, ramen, and so much more. Kyoto, Hakone, Nara were all unique and once in a lifetime experiences. Without the help of Enchanting Travels, I never would have found these private tours (and absolutely LOVELY guides), superb hotels, and help with transportation. I literally stressed about nothing. A true vacation and I fully intend to recommend Japan, plus Enchanting Travels to anyone and everyone, and use them again. Happy travels to all.

Really exceeded my expectations with a family trip to Japan. They met and guided us through airports and train stations and made the arrival and transportation easy. The local hotels and guides and they used were exceptional and we feel we got a good value for the experience we had. I definitely would plan to use their services again for future travel.
