Data protection is of a particularly high priority for Enchanting Travels AG (“Us” or “We”). The use of the Internet pages of the Enchanting Travels AG is possible without any indication of PII; however, if you wants to use any of the special enterprise services via our website, providing us with your PII could become necessary. Our processing of all PII, such as the name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number, shall always be with your consent and in line with the GDPR. Further we have implemented numerous technical and organisational measures to ensure this.

We collect, analyse and store certain general, non-personal data when you visit our Platform. We require all of the above information in order to be able to provide you with the content and enterprise services that we give to registered users.

We allow users and/or visitors on our Platform to comment on various articles and blogs. At such time the comment, the date and time, the IP address, and the user’s pseudonym are stored and published. This data is not transferred to any third parties.
Once you register on our Platform, you will have all of the below mentioned rights. We will make all commercially reasonable best efforts to comply with all of these requests (when received) as soon as possible:
a. Deleting/erasing all PII (or all data) pertaining to you that we may have on our systems. d. Either informing you of or exporting and providing you with a copy of all your data, including the PII, that we may have on our servers. This will be provided free of cost and includes all data and server logs pertaining to activities and behaviour on the Platform as well.

We also collect, store, process, and use the PII of employment applicants for the purpose of the application procedure. You may provide us with this information either via email, or via a web-form available on our Platform. If we conclude an employment contract with an applicant, then we continue to store your data for as long as your remain an employee with us, and for other related legal requirements. If no employment contract is concluded, then all data, information and related documents are automatically erased two months after notification of the refusal decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of ours are opposed to the erasure. Other legitimate interest in this relation is, e.g. a burden of proof in a procedure under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
All information and PII collected by us via our Platform are stored on our own servers located in the United States. We keep this information for as long as may be required to continue your engagement with us (provided your consent continues to be available), or as may be required as per applicable data retention laws (including those that may be outside your country of residence).
As a responsible company, we do not use automated decision-making or profiling processes with our users.
