Traveling to Tanzania with Enchanting Travels was a fantastic experience. From start to finish, we were very well cared for. Every transfer went incredibly smoothly, our guides were fantastic and our game drives were spectacular. Enchanting Travels scheduled some cultural experiences that we really enjoyed as well, including staying at a Maasai lodge where profits are used to directly benefit the local communities and provide education and medical services. All of the lodges we stayed in exceeded expectations! I would highly recommend this trip!!

At every step of the journey, we felt well-cared for and with no confusion regarding connections, accommodations, or travel mode. We just returned from a magical trip to Morocco. The team at Enchanting Travels designed a varied itinerary including ancient medinas, beautiful cities and an overnight in a desert camp in the Sahara. Our guide taught us so much about history and culture and even found the best shopping spots! Enchanting Travels ably handled all the logistics and problem solving so we could just enjoy the sensory overload that is Morocco.!

Recently returned from 8 night trip to Morocco thru Enchanting Travels. My 3rd experience with them and they are excellent. Second time with Catherine Mwaka as our trip coordinator and all I can say is she is terrific, with attention paid along the way to every detail of our trip. Recommend Hotel Maison Arabe in the Medina in Marrakech; great staff, nice restaurant, nice breakfast buffet by the pool and nicely appointed rooms. A shout out to our guide Abdellah Moutaoukil of Mountain Travel who is knowledgeable, witty and well traveled himself and a shout out to our driver on the trip, Rachid Nessraoui, who while he tends to be quiet actually has a lot to say.

Always a great experience. Well planned and organized. I’ve done the golden triangle of India and the tour of Morocco. Both were well executed. Loved our tour guides and driver! It’s effortless to plan a trip with Enchanting Travels, and they are very good about following up with you on every aspect of your trip. It’s just a good choice for anyone that doesn’t have too much time to research and plan a trip on their own.

The folks from Enchanting Travels held my hand throughout this trip. I love that I was assigned a travel coordinator for the trip who I could contact whenever I needed assistance. We met a couple of times to review the itinerary before the trip and he was available to me during the trip for any questions I might have. I took my niece to Japan and had never been there so I was pretty nervous about the trip. My trip coordinator made sure I had all of the tickets, itinerary information, etc I needed and when the transfers between hotels and tours were going to complicated, they provided a person (or people) to make sure we got the right place on time. They also provided pictures and very specific directions to places we needed to travel to on our own. In addition, a typhoon hit while we were in Japan and communication regarding cancellations and changes were pretty good. I would book with Enchanting Travels again.

This was the most remarkable family trip we have ever taken. While I usually plan our vacations, a trip to Japan with a different language and culture and just having opened up after 2 years of pandemic lockdown made me reach out for help. Enchanting Travels had everything covered. Anita listened genuinely to the interests of my family and strove to make our trip special for everyone. We had dinner with a remarkable Geisha and Meiko at a Michelin star restaurant in Tokyo, and I was humbled by these ladies sincere desire to honor their countries traditions. My 20 something kids LOVED the pop culture and anime, and the foodies in our group had amazing sushi, ramen, and so much more. Kyoto, Hakone, Nara were all unique and once in a lifetime experiences. Without the help of Enchanting Travels, I never would have found these private tours (and absolutely LOVELY guides), superb hotels, and help with transportation. I literally stressed about nothing. A true vacation and I fully intend to recommend Japan, plus Enchanting Travels to anyone and everyone, and use them again. Happy travels to all.

Really exceeded my expectations with a family trip to Japan. They met and guided us through airports and train stations and made the arrival and transportation easy.
