Attentive tour organizer and tour manager who focused on making the tour the best possible for us, then followed up frequently during the tour to assure all was going to plan and fine tuning for an improved experience. Far better than a group tour where you do what the operator thinks the most would want and fine tuning does not happen. Support, if needed is always available.”
