Pestana Bazaruto Lodge

Bazaruto Lodge is located on the largest island of the Bazaruto Archipelago. The lodge offers a charming combination of beauty and relaxation making it a very good spot for nature lovers as well as divers and sea sports enthusiasts. Accommodation consists of 26 thatched roof ‘A’ frame bungalows sited amongst luxuriant tropical gardens and overlooking the Ocean. Each bungalow offers twin or Queen double beds, private bathroom and outside shower, air-conditioning and fan, tea and coffee making facilities and mosquito nets over all the beds. A blend of bright colours with African-style decoration creates the perfect tropical island atmosphere and adds to the charm of the place. The lodge has one main restaurant, and every night dinner is announced by the sound of African drums. For lunch, have a light meal served by the pool, or maybe a picnic basket to take to the beach with you. There is a cocktail bar indoors and an outside bar by the swimming pool. Activities range from big game fishing, diving, sailing trips, snorkelling, bird watching, water skiing and wake boarding to island hopping, sunset cruises and dolphin and whale watching.
