Dev Vilas is an ecologically considerate heritage property located at the entrance of Ranthambore National Park and surrounded by the wildlife-rich Arvalli Mountain range. Fashioned after royal hunting lodges, the hotel boasts 21 spacious, air conditioned suites and seven tented bungalows, all of which have been individually decorated and offer many amenities for your comfort. The staff welcome differently abled guests, and there is wheelchair access within the hotel. Relax in the outdoor swimming pool after a long day on safari. Choose from Indian or international cuisine for al fresco meals at Audubon Room. You can admire paintings by local artists from the Ranthambhore School of Art as you sip on a cool drink at Fateh’s, the hotel bar, which is named in honor of Fateh Singh Rathore, a leading tiger conservationist.

Lovely place, perhaps a little more explanation from the guide about the location of each days game drive would have been helpful, but we felt special to be staying in an old hunting palace

WOW, WOW this exceeded all expectations by far. Staff treated us as though we were family, manager is a naturist and very passionate about the wildlife which is great. Special mention to Gordon Singh and Ramone who looked after us at meal time - so much tasty food.

~ Very large room with a lounge area and two bathrooms. ~ Wi-fi had to be paid for and only available at reception desk area. ~ The food choice at meal times was extremely limited and quality could have been a lot better.
