The stretch of land comprising Greymouth, Punakaiki, and Westport, situated along the West Coast of South Island, is a treasure trove of natural resources. Explore the diverse geographical features of this region, from snow-capped mountains to rainforests and from beaches to rivers to limestone formations. Visit the Paparua National Park near Punakaiki and the famous pancake rocks with winding walkways and “blowholes”. Greymouth is the largest town on the West Coast with spellbinding views of the Southern Alps.
