Kate helped plan our trip to Thailand. Every aspect was amazing from the locations we visited, to the hotels, to the activities that we did. Top notch service and would highly recommend to anyone!

My husband and I worked with both Lyndsey Jones (CO Office) and Megan Cena (Australia Office) of Enchanting Travels to create a fabulous 14-day trip to Japan (11/16-11/29/2025) covering Tokyo, Kyoto, Hakone, and Osaka, and it was truly a memorable experience! If you want an stress-free trip where you basically just have to show up and ALL the details, big and small, have been taken care of for you, ask for Lyndsey Jones and Megan Cena! They are both very detailed oriented and proactive, and they make sure that anything that may affect your trip are taken care of, from arranging private transportation, getting you to and from various train stations (the subway system is complex), all train and event tickets, pre-loaded IC cards, pocket WiFi delivered to your hotel, great selection of hotels, special food requests, to providing knowledgeable and exceptional tour guides to make your trip stress free! They also provide a great Trip Agent App which is preloaded with all your trip info which you can download onto your iPhone which turned out to be really handy as reference for us! We would absolutely consider using Enchanting Travels again because of the in-depth, professional, and caring service we received from Lyndsey Jones and Megan Cena!

Enchanting Travels tailored our Italian trip spot on for our small travel group of four. They listened well to our goals of the trip and were able to provide excellent accommodations and curated tours in Rome and Florence. In addition to the delightful trip, the travel connections were seamless. This was certainly appreciated. We would definitely use Enchanting Travels again.

My husband and I recently returned from a 3 week customized and private vacation in Southern India and Sri Lanka put together by Enchanting Travels. This is our second trip with Enchanting Travels and once again this experience exceeded our expectations. Anita Sahi was a joy to work with, she really listened to what we wanted our trip to look like and helped us plan activities, tours, hikes, and special places to visit. We chose what hotels we wanted and she recommended excellent accommodations to choose from. Once we were in India, our trip manager Sugufta Sumbul worked closely with us to ensure everything was going as planned. We stayed in contact with her through WhatsApp and any question nor concerns we had she was on top of it. All our drivers and guides were excellent with good knowledge and good English skills. A special shout out to our driver/guide Numal in Sri Lanka. We felt like we were traveling with a good friend. He really shared his knowledge of his beautiful country, answering all our questions, taking us to his favorite spots and recommending food and handicraft shops. We wished we had more time in Sri Lanka. We would highly recommend Enchanting Travels. They made the trip so enjoyable and most of all stress free, which is priceless.

We had a great experience with Enchanting Travels. The company is very well organized and detail oriented. Our guides were excellent and our trip to Japan could not have gone more smoothly, The company made every effort to meet our expectations. We highly recommend them.

We just returned from an outstanding 3-week trip to East Africa. Our travel consultant did an outstanding job of putting together this trip for a friend and me. Everything went as smooth as glass. We saw an extraordinary number of animals and the accommodations were even better than pictured. Our personal guides were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and kind, even assisting with all our check-ins. Enchanting Travels is such an amazing company to journey with. Their employees were fantastic! The attention to detail was exceptional. They provided 10/10 service! From their recommendations as we started building our trip to Italy. Listening to all our desires. Building our trip with them, to seeing it realized. They made everything so pleasant. Including the travel app that was always so helpful. If you are considering to travel with company, ABSOLUTELY DO SO! I do not give 5 star ratings often, but they earned every star!

Our trip to France in September was fabulous!! Enchanting Travels did a wonderful job putting together our trip for us. We began the planning stages with Samara Bustamante who listened to exactly what we wanted to accomplish on our two-week trip. She hit the mark regarding the kind of hotel accommodations we expected as well as helping us design a trip which was fun and adventurous while learning France’s deep history. We visited three beautiful cities during our trip — Paris, Lyon and Normandy. We enjoyed tours in each city, a private cooking class in Lyon, traveled the rails from city to city and enjoyed delicious and interesting foods. We enjoyed our tour guides who were all excited to share the history of France at various sites. We learned more about French history than we thought we would. Potnuru Sri Sai Likhit was our contact person during our trip and he did not disappoint. He was responsive each time we needed help. Thank you Likit and Samara, you all made our trip special! Every single thing was absolutely amazing! The entire staff of enchanting travels went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was incredible from every vantage point! We felt taken care of, safe, informed, educated, luxuriated and enlightened! When we got off the plane, there was someone to meet us as we entered the airport. They didn’t leave our side until they brought us through security when our trip was done. Absolutely amazing! We first worked with Peter to plan our trip. He was so helpful and available for any questions we had. We then worked with Cuilin as our trip coordinator. She was also wonderful and helpful and available anytime we needed. The planning was so thorough. It made us feel very confident in the trip we were about to embark on. Once in Cairo, we were taken care of by Sam (Hasem) and he made sure everything was smooth every single day. When we arrived in our room, we had a special cake and greeting with our wedding photo because this was our honeymoon! This blew us away! It meant so much to us. We were so fortunate to have Mohammed as a tour guide. I cannot say enough good things about Mohammed. He absolutely went above and beyond every single day for us and shared so much knowledge with us and special places. We have been all over the world, literally, but this was the best trip we’ve ever been on by leaps and bounds. So much of that is because of enchanting travels. I would hire them 1 million times over. Absolutely nothing but good things to say about them and I really hope we get to travel with them again soon. We are so grateful for everything they did and for giving us the gift of this amazing trip of a lifetime!

We have just returned from a wonderful safari in Tanzania that exceeded our expectations. Alison Felfoldi and our trip coordinator Evans Alala were attentive in planning and creating an amazing experience. We are looking forward to planning our next adventure with Enchanting Travels.

Enchanting Travels provided a great trip to Chile July, 2025. The transfers between hotels and airports were always on time. Drivers were congenial as well as being knowledgeable and safe in their driving. The guides could not have been better. Accommodations were terrific and well located as well as being clean, comfortable, and having great and welcoming staff. The tours were perfect in showing us all we needed to see and experience. An all around wonderful trip.

I normally don’t use travel agents to book tours as I’ve been an independent traveler for a long, long time. But an African safari is a little more complicated. Enchanting travels made it easy with its recommendations and itinerary and we ended up with safaris that were unbelievable experiences. ET was super responsive and aimed to please us every step of the way and kept in constant contact with us. You won’t be disappointed.

We recently returned from our 2-week vacation to Portugal and it was amazing! They met with us to hear what we like and dislike when traveling, then they customized an itinerary to fit our preferences and budget. This was our 30th anniversary trip, so we went all out. Michelin restaurants, 5-star hotels, personal drivers and guides. I cannot say enough about how exceptional our trip was and it was all because Enchanting Travels planned everything down to the last detail.

Our family took a trip to Indonesia this summer booked through Enchanting Travels. All of the flights, went smoothly and there was an english speaking tour guide to pick us up at each location. The tour guides were very friendly and a pleasure to be with. The accommodations at each location were even better than expected! During the planning phase it was nice to be able to go back and forth and change things up until we created a trip that was perfect for our family and our budget.

Akshay Maggu worked with us to put together an amazing trip to Japan. His team, led by Mariyah, was exceptional. We felt taken care of every day. Having someone lead us through busy train stations like Tokyo or Kyoto stations and actually get us onto the right train was an example of the exquisite care. Akshay and Mariyah really listened to what we wanted to do and got us excellent guides and perfect hotels. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to see Japan. When we take our next trip abroad we will definitely contact Enchanting Travel again.
