Enchanting Travels has once again outdid themselves for me. My trip to South Africa and then unto Zimbabwe was flawless. Everything was well organized. What Enchanting Travels does well is make my dreams come true. Got to see all the Big Five by the end of our safari trip. The home hosted lunch in Zimbabwe was an excellent change to our itinerary when a previously scheduled activity fell through. My overall experience was truly wonderful.

Enchanting Travels is exceptional in the care and detail they take in planning every step of a trip! They are available to their clients 24/7 in case of a snag or emergency. The whole time we felt calm, taken care of and were able to enjoy ourselves. We did not worry about anything.

Our trip to Ireland was incredible and seamless thanks to Enchanting Travels! Every detail was perfectly planned, balancing culture, adventure, and relaxation. Highlights included a Dublin food tour, Cliffs of Moher cruise, and kayaking by Ross Castle. The accommodations were excellent and our private driver-guides were professional, warm, and flexible. Everything felt effortless and luxurious without being rigid. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Ireland!

Enchanted Travels made our trip experience so relaxing. We never had to worry about anything. The app they used provided all the information we needed. The guides were always there for us and we didn’t need to worry about any administrative details beyond what time to meet the next day. All accommodations were first class and the included tours meant we didn’t have many expenses during out trip as everything was pre-paid.

From the time we landed in Lima until the time we left Lima to come back home, everything was arranged for us. The guides, tours and drivers were excellent. We had a very fun and memorable time. Would highly recommend enchanting travels.

Our trip to Japan was excellent with knowledgeable and friendly local guides and expertly planned activities. We had a Multifamily group of 4 adults and 6 children and everything was smooth and effortless which we truly appreciated.

My husband and I worked with both Lyndsey Jones (CO Office) and Megan Cena (Australia Office) of Enchanting Travels to create a fabulous 14-day trip to Japan (11/16-11/29/2025) covering Tokyo, Kyoto, Hakone, and Osaka, and it was truly a memorable experience! If you want an stress-free trip where you basically just have to show up and ALL the details, big and small, have been taken care of for you, ask for Lyndsey Jones and Megan Cena! They are both very detailed oriented and proactive, and they make sure that anything that may affect your trip are taken care of, from arranging private transportation, getting you to and from various train stations (the subway system is complex), all train and event tickets, pre-loaded IC cards, pocket WiFi delivered to your hotel, great selection of hotels, special food requests, to providing knowledgeable and exceptional tour guides to make your trip stress free! They also provide a great Trip Agent App which is preloaded with all your trip info which you can download onto your iPhone which turned out to be really handy as reference for us! We would absolutely consider using Enchanting Travels again because of the in-depth, professional, and caring service we received from Lyndsey Jones and Megan Cena!

Enchanting Travels tailored our Italian trip spot on for our small travel group of four. They listened well to our goals of the trip and were able to provide excellent accommodations and curated tours in Rome and Florence. In addition to the delightful trip, the travel connections were seamless. This was certainly appreciated. We would definitely use Enchanting Travels again.

My husband and I recently returned from a 3 week customized and private vacation in Southern India and Sri Lanka put together by Enchanting Travels. This is our second trip with Enchanting Travels and once again this experience exceeded our expectations. Anita Sahi was a joy to work with, she really listened to what we wanted our trip to look like and helped us plan activities, tours, hikes, and special places to visit. We chose what hotels we wanted and she recommended excellent accommodations to choose from. Once we were in India, our trip manager Sugufta Sumbul worked closely with us to ensure everything was going as planned. We stayed in contact with her through WhatsApp and any question nor concerns we had she was on top of it. All our drivers and guides were excellent with good knowledge and good English skills. A special shout out to our driver/guide Numal in Sri Lanka. We felt like we were traveling with a good friend. He really shared his knowledge of his beautiful country, answering all our questions, taking us to his favorite spots and recommending food and handicraft shops. We wished we had more time in Sri Lanka. We would highly recommend Enchanting Travels. They made the trip so enjoyable and most of all stress free, which is priceless.

Enchanting Travels is a wonderful agency that we have now used twice for two long trips, one to Peru and one to Spain and Portugal. Their guidance in planning our trip was outstanding, always with an eye toward accommodating our desires and needs but also with wonderful suggestions made to enhance our experience. All of the staff that we have interacted with at Enchanting Travels have been friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. During our trips, the transfers have been seamless, the accommodations very much to our liking, and the guides outstanding. We just returned from an outstanding 3-week trip to East Africa. Our travel consultant did an outstanding job of putting together this trip for a friend and me. Everything went as smooth as glass. We saw an extraordinary number of animals and the accommodations were even better than pictured. Our personal guides were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and kind, even assisting with all our check-ins.
