Cinnamon Wild Yala is located just outside Yala National Park. At this upscale forest lodge, accommodation is offered in comfortable bungalows, on stilts, that come with verandas. Climb the wooden stairway to your Beach Chalet, which offers partial ocean views. The rustic but spacious ensuite chalet features wooden flooring, local artwork and a range of contemporary amenities. In between safaris, relax on the beach or by the outdoor pool, where you can observe squirrels, deer, exotic birds and playful lemurs. Sip a sundowner in the cozy Pugmarks indoor bar or take in panoramic views of the wilderness, from the rooftop Peacock Bar. While lounging here, you may spot a herd of wild boar or elephants passing by. At mealtimes, proceed to Tuskers, the on-site restaurant. Set in a two-story pavilion, this restaurant serves buffet spreads comprising Sri Lankan and Western dishes. You can also opt for private dining experiences such as champagne breakfasts, barbecue by the lagoon and bush dinners.
