Kingfisher Ecolodge

This rustic family-run Eco-lodge is situated the Xi Pian National Park’s wetlands, bordering Ban Khiatngong village in Pathoumphone district. The comfortable fan-cooled rooms are located in 6 simple stilted wooden bungalows furnished in Laotian style with traditional woven materials, a spacious veranda with freestanding hammock and views overlooking fields. The in-house restaurant and bar offers traditional Laos cuisine, which can be enjoyed while looking yonder into the spectacular countryside. The friendly owners work closely with local villagers in order to promote Eco-tourism. Enjoy elephant trekking, cycling and and bird watching – get lucky and spot a Kingfisher!
