Mantana Tented Camp

Mantana Tented Camp is situated within Lake Mburo National Park on a hill overlooking the Lake Mburo and one of the game corridors leading to the lake. It is unique in that it combines seclusion and exclusivity in enchanting surroundings, offering extraordinary contrasts of comfort and wilderness. The camp’s accommodation is eight simple safari tents with proper beds. Each tent has adjoining facilities with a ‘bucket’ shower and ‘long-drop’ toilet similar to those found in remote safari camps. Accommodation is full-board in ten fully furnished Ba-tian tents comprising verandah, twin bedroom, dressing area and en-suite shower and toilet facilities. The camp is designed to accommodate guests who would rather experience a safari under canvas. The camp has excellent dining facilities with the preparation of delicious food of the highest standards complemented by the freshest vegetables and tropical fruit.
