Enchanting Travels shares the coverage available under the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program with affiliates of Travelopia who, as an Active Member of the USTOA, is required to post $1 Million with USTOA to be used to reimburse, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program, the advance payments of Enchanting Travels customers in the unlikely event of Enchanting Travels’ bankruptcy, insolvency or cessation of business. Further, you should understand that the $1 Million posted by Travelopia and shared among its affiliates may be sufficient to provide only a partial recovery of the advance payments received by Enchanting Travels. Kenya Association of Tour Operators (KATO) is a trade association representing the leading professional tour operators in Kenya, with the main objective of ensuring that Kenya Tour Operators maintain the highest standards of service and value. Enchanting Travels is KATO bonded, a guarantee that provides to indemnify any direct pecuniary loss suffered by our guests arising from unrendered services in the event of bankruptcy. Travelife is a certification dedicated to achieving sustainable practices within the tourism industry. It provides companies with realistic sustainability goals, tools and solutions to implement positive change within their businesses and supply chains.
