I was very disappointed when she told me that I would be handed over to a different person that would be my trip agent. However, when I met Javier Gomez, I knew that I was in good hands. He was able to respond promptly and thoroughly to any questions I had prior to my trip and while on vacation continued to assist me as needed. He was WONDERFUL!
