Catherine Mwaka
Catherine’s journey within Enchanting Travels has been remarkable. She began her career with us a Reservations Executive in 2018 and quickly transitioned to a Trip Coordination role thanks to her exceptional focus and care for our guests and willingness to go the extra mile. She has coordinated over 300 trips and has grown in her role to oversee operations, partner management, processes and handling of escalations.
Catherine has a Bachelor’s in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Nairobi in Kenya.
