A History major at the University of Missouri, Adam remains a dedicated student of history and culture.
His own wanderlust has also taken him to 39 of the 50 U.S. states and 8 countries, including over 10 years spent living in Hawaii, which deepened his love of nature and the ocean. Outside of work, he enjoys ocean activities, the outdoors, and exploring the local wine and dining scene wherever his travels take him.
MOST ENCHANTING TRAVEL
One of my most memorable trips was camping at Polihale State Park on Kauai, followed by a catamaran trip around Ni’ihau — Hawaii’s “Forbidden Island” — and Lehua Rock, with humpback whales visible for the entire cruise. Along the way, I snorkeled in the waters at Lehua Rock, sharing the reef with Hawaiian monk seals and reef sharks in their natural habitat. It was a rare, up-close look at a part of Hawaii few travelers ever see.
“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness.“
