Mary is a multifaceted traveler. Armed with a degree in Documentary Photography from Cardiff, Wales, she has worked as an English teacher and event planner in China. A self-confessed foodie, she loves whipping up Chinese food and baking.
She is endlessly fascinated by Japan and she dreams of going on a cultural and culinary journey into the country. Having traveled to 19 countries, she believes there’s no dearth of opportunities to learn and grow.
MOST ENCHANTING TRAVEL
Recently, my husband and I converted a van into a campervan. After spending many months building it to fit our needs, we moved in to the campervan, as we traveled across Europe. It was our first “home” together as a married couple, and it was a lot of fun!
