Formerly known as Lourenco Marques and Mozambique’s capital, Maputo is a bustling port city with wide avenues and a lively atmosphere. With a very active nightlife, locals meet in bars and restaurants to enjoy grilled prawns from the Delagoa Bay with piri-piri sauce or other local specialties.
