The 11 villas of North Island have been individually handcrafted by local craftsmen with wood, local stone, glass and thatched ‘alang alang’ roofs. Each self-contained villa is raised a metre off the ground to catch the cooling island breezes and comprises two bedrooms, with a luxuriously proportioned master bedroom and a second bedroom, a writing and changing room area with a huge en-suite bathroom, a large marble bath and an outside shower.
