Travel in India can be daunting . Enchanting Travels made the trip remarkably easy and comfortable with outstanding hotels, transport, guides and coordination. Would eagerly employ them again for future travel.

We enjoy how Enchanting Travels works. From start to finish everything is done with our own unique trip in mind, taking into account our preferences and ideas. Any concerns about driving, food and lodging are off the table – everything is all arranged and works without glitches. We enjoy the flexibility of this mode of travel as well, to adjust to opportunities or personal needs as come up during the course of a longer vacation. Really, all we have to do is show up and enjoy ourselves!

We really liked the activities and accommodations we chose from the options we were given. We had two choices at different price points and we chose the less expensive ones and were very pleased with the quality. Pick-ups and transfers went very well, also.

Our trip was wonderful. Our Travel Consultant Ranjana was a great help in assisting us to map out our itinerary and everything ran like clockwork. Our accommodation was excellent and we loved the smaller boutique/heritage choices. Our driver Saleem, was also excellent – very courteous and knowledgeable and we always felt that we were in safe hands. I have no hesitation in continuing to recommend Enchanting Travels to our friends.

Everything from planning to the actual tour went very well. I had a special request to have a guide that was also a photographer and we got a wonderful tour guide that combined a wonderful tour with unbelievable picture opportunities. This was the 2nd time we used Enchanting Travels and they have 2 of the most memorable vacations we have ever had.

Using the services of a travel agent in another country can be a leap of faith. Especially when dealing with a challenging country like India! I doubt if we could have chosen better people to explore this chaotic, challenging and incredible country with than Enchanting. Right from the beginning when we began fine tuning our travel plans to the time we were personally farewelled, Enchanting Travels exceeded our expectations. Our accommodation was of a high level, our drivers were always punctual, courteous and very capable, managing to make their way calmly through the tangles and snarls of hectic Indian traffic. Our guides were also punctual and informative. There was always someone at every airport waiting to greet us. What also impressed us was the way our trip coordinater, Sneha was always available, even late at night to help with any issues we may have had. After this positive experience, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Enchanting Travels again when visiting other countries.

The best way to enjoy India is in the hands of Enchanting Travels. The care towards details is a top draw.

Top-notch services!

We booked our 2.5-week trip to Argentina and Chile with Enchanting in 2016. It was very last minute and I was overwhelmed by the trip planning so I googled and sent messages to a couple of travel agencies online. Lisa Fox got back to me the next day and impressed me with her professionalism and high quality of services throughout. She always responded promptly, answered my questions patiently and provided me with her input which was very helpful to develop the itinerary. Having been living in South America, Lisa is very knowledgeable about all the destinations. It was my first time going to South America and I barely had time to do any research so knew very little about it. Lisa made recommendations after she knew how much time we had and what we wanted to see and do, and the trip was designed and all booked within 10 days, one week before the departure. We wouldn’t be able to do it without her help and now that I know so much more about South America and look back a few years later, I must say that she made such a great itinerary for us that I wouldn’t want to have done it differently!

I had hoped that we could continue to deal with Lisa because I was extremely happy with her but she had to hand us over to the trip coordinator, Christian Jankowski, after the planning/booking stage. Fortunately, the quality of services remained throughout the trip. We had no any complaints about Christian, the guides, drivers or hotels Enchanting had booked for us, and I even put Christian on the phone to interpret for me when I had to see a doctor in El Chalten for my twisted ankle. It did give us peace of mind when there was a trip coordinator standing by 24/7 when we were in foreign countries where we don’t speak the language.

It was a wonderful experience overall and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Enchanting again when needed or refer it to anyone in need. Actually I have referred a co-worker and a friend to Lisa after my trip and they were also very happy with their experiences. Enchanting is certainly amongst the best choices if you want a personalized vacation with top-notch services!

I was doing some on-line checking of travel sites related to Argentina and Chile. Within a day or two after that, I received an email from an Enchanting Travels consultant offering to help me plan a trip.

At first I suspected a scam, but decided to take a chance on letting her come up with an itinerary with no strings attached. My wife and I were blown away by the quality of the trip plan and booked shortly after.

Excellent planning and coordination leading up to the trip, but the timely support of the trip coordinator during the trip was truly impressive. Top quality experience with no surprises.
