Enchanting Travels is a wonderful agency that we have now used twice for two long trips, one to Peru and one to Spain and Portugal. Their guidance in planning our trip was outstanding, always with an eye toward accommodating our desires and needs but also with wonderful suggestions made to enhance our experience. All of the staff that we have interacted with at Enchanting Travels have been friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. During our trips, the transfers have been seamless, the accommodations very much to our liking, and the guides outstanding. The 24/7 support that they provide during our trip takes all the stress out of our travel. We will definitely be using Enchanting Travels again for our next trip abroad.

We just returned from an outstanding 3-week trip to East Africa. Our travel consultant did an outstanding job of putting together this trip for a friend and me. Everything went as smooth as glass. We saw an extraordinary number of animals and the accommodations were even better than pictured. Our personal guides were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and kind, even assisting with all our check-ins. Every transport worked seamlessly. It was a great experience, we highly recommend Enchanting Travels!

We contacted Enchanting Travel to arrange our Paris trip and tours for us, Elizabeth helped us set up our requirements for our trip and Nitika put the tours and transportation together and was our contact in Paris. The tours, and especially the tour guides for of the Eiffel Tower, Versailles and Louvre were all fantastic. All were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and made the tours educational and fun. They also set up all our transportation and it was spot on without any issues. We would highly recommended enchanting travel and their staff to manage your visit to Paris.

This was our first start to finish planned tour by an agency like Enchanting Travel. We opted to go with them rather than a Duro Valley boat cruise and are so glad be did. The breadth of experiences in 10 days was simply excellent – we feel we now know so much more about Portugal’s rich history and fantastic tourism offerings.

Enchanting Travels is such an amazing company to journey with. Their employees were fantastic! The attention to detail was exceptional. They provided 10/10 service! From their recommendations as we started building our trip to Italy. Listening to all our desires. Building our trip with them, to seeing it realized. They made everything so pleasant. Including the travel app that was always so helpful. If you are considering to travel with company, ABSOLUTELY DO SO! I do not give 5 star ratings often, but they earned every star!

Our trip to France in September was fabulous!! Enchanting Travels did a wonderful job putting together our trip for us. We began the planning stages with Samara Bustamante who listened to exactly what we wanted to accomplish on our two-week trip. She hit the mark regarding the kind of hotel accommodations we expected as well as helping us design a trip which was fun and adventurous while learning France’s deep history. We visited three beautiful cities during our trip — Paris, Lyon and Normandy. We enjoyed tours in each city, a private cooking class in Lyon, traveled the rails from city to city and enjoyed delicious and interesting foods. We enjoyed our tour guides who were all excited to share the history of France at various sites. We learned more about French history than we thought we would. Potnuru Sri Sai Likhit was our contact person during our trip and he did not disappoint. He was responsive each time we needed help. Thank you Likit and Samara, you all made our trip special! Lauren Bukowski tailored the Italian trip spot on for our small travel group of 4. She listened well to our goals of the trip and was able to provide excellent accommodations in Rome and Florence, with well curated tours of Rome such as the Roman ruins, Vatican and Panthenon..
Florence was equally done very well with trips to Chianti region, Cinque Terre and the museums in Florence. In addition to the delightful trip the travel connections were seamless. This was certainly appreciated. We would definitely use Lauren and Enchanting Travels again.

Every single thing was absolutely amazing! The entire staff of enchanting travels went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was incredible from every vantage point! We felt taken care of, safe, informed, educated, luxuriated and enlightened! When we got off the plane, there was someone to meet us as we entered the airport. They didn’t leave our side until they brought us through security when our trip was done. Absolutely amazing! We first worked with Peter to plan our trip. He was so helpful and available for any questions we had. We then worked with Cuilin as our trip coordinator. She was also wonderful and helpful and available anytime we needed. The planning was so thorough. It made us feel very confident in the trip we were about to embark on. Once in Cairo, we were taken care of by Sam (Hasem) and he made sure everything was smooth every single day. When we arrived in our room, we had a special cake and greeting with our wedding photo because this was our honeymoon! This blew us away! It meant so much to us. We were so fortunate to have Mohammed as a tour guide. I cannot say enough good things about Mohammed. He absolutely went above and beyond every single day for us and shared so much knowledge with us and special places. We have been all over the world, literally, but this was the best trip we’ve ever been on by leaps and bounds. So much of that is because of enchanting travels. I would hire them 1 million times over. Absolutely nothing but good things to say about them and I really hope we get to travel with them again soon. We are so grateful for everything they did and for giving us the gift of this amazing trip of a lifetime!

We have just returned from a wonderful safari in Tanzania that exceeded our expectations. Alison Felfoldi and our trip coordinator Evans Alala were attentive in planning and creating an amazing experience. We are looking forward to planning our next adventure with Enchanting Travels.

Enchanting Travels provided a great trip to Chile July, 2025. The transfers between hotels and airports were always on time. Drivers were congenial as well as being knowledgeable and safe in their driving. The guides could not have been better. Accommodations were terrific and well located as well as being clean, comfortable, and having great and welcoming staff. The tours were perfect in showing us all we needed to see and experience. An all around wonderful trip.

I always do my research on countries before I travel. Then I look for a company who can get me where I want to go with the best possible situations. I found that with Enchanting Travel in my quest for a great trip to Chile July, 2025. The transfers between hotels and airports were always on time. Drivers were congenial as well as being knowledgeable and safe in their driving. The guides could not have been better. Accommodations were terrific and well located as well as being clean, comfortable, and having great and welcoming staff. The tour was well coordinated, just as I planned with tour consultant, Bo, beforehand. The liaisons during the tour were always prompt in answering any questions as well on checking every day to see if all was well. The tours were perfect in showing us all we needed to see and experience. An all around wonderful trip. You cannot go wrong choosing Enchanting Travels for your next adventure.

I normally don’t use travel agents to book tours as I’ve been an independent traveler for a long, long time. But an African safari is a little more complicated. Enchanting travels made it easy with its recommendations and itinerary and we ended up with safaris that were unbelievable experiences. ET was super responsive and aimed to please us every step of the way and kept in constant contact with us. You won’t be disappointed.

We recently returned from our 2-week vacation to Portugal and it was amazing! They met with us to hear what we like and dislike when traveling, then they customized an itinerary to fit our preferences and budget. This was our 30th anniversary trip, so we went all out. Michelin restaurants, 5-star hotels, personal drivers and guides. I cannot say enough about how exceptional our trip was and it was all because Enchanting Travels planned everything down to the last detail.

Our family took a trip to Indonesia this summer booked through Enchanting Travels. All of the flights, went smoothly and there was an english speaking tour guide to pick us up at each location. The tour guides were very friendly and a pleasure to be with. The accommodations at each location were even better than expected! During the planning phase it was nice to be able to go back and forth and change things up until we created a trip that was perfect for our family and our budget.
