Enchanting Travels provided a great trip to Chile July, 2025. The transfers between hotels and airports were always on time. Drivers were congenial as well as being knowledgeable and safe in their driving. The guides could not have been better. Accommodations were terrific and well located as well as being clean, comfortable, and having great and welcoming staff. The tours were perfect in showing us all we needed to see and experience. An all around wonderful trip.

I normally don’t use travel agents to book tours as I’ve been an independent traveler for a long, long time. But an African safari is a little more complicated. Enchanting travels made it easy with its recommendations and itinerary and we ended up with safaris that were unbelievable experiences. ET was super responsive and aimed to please us every step of the way and kept in constant contact with us. You won’t be disappointed.

We recently returned from our 2-week vacation to Portugal and it was amazing! They met with us to hear what we like and dislike when traveling, then they customized an itinerary to fit our preferences and budget. This was our 30th anniversary trip, so we went all out. Michelin restaurants, 5-star hotels, personal drivers and guides. I cannot say enough about how exceptional our trip was and it was all because Enchanting Travels planned everything down to the last detail.

Our family took a trip to Indonesia this summer booked through Enchanting Travels. All of the flights, went smoothly and there was an english speaking tour guide to pick us up at each location. The tour guides were very friendly and a pleasure to be with. The accommodations at each location were even better than expected! During the planning phase it was nice to be able to go back and forth and change things up until we created a trip that was perfect for our family and our budget.

Akshay Maggu worked with us to put together an amazing trip to Japan. His team, led by Mariyah, was exceptional. We felt taken care of every day. Having someone lead us through busy train stations like Tokyo or Kyoto stations and actually get us onto the right train was an example of the exquisite care. Akshay and Mariyah really listened to what we wanted to do and got us excellent guides and perfect hotels. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to see Japan. When we take our next trip abroad we will definitely contact Enchanting Travel again.

We had a wonderful experience in Costa Rica thanks to Enchanting Travels! In 8 days we saw 4 different areas of the country- we saw waterfalls, volcanoes, rainforests, cities, beaches. It was exactly what I was looking for with my 3 kids (16, 18, and 21). A perfect combination of animals, adventure and beauty. I never could have planned this on my own – a special thanks to Allison Felfoldi and Claudia Coral. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! And I look forward to using Enchanting Travels again for future trips!

We recently returned from a 10-day trip to London and Paris, and Enchanting Travels made the entire experience seamless and unforgettable. A three-week trip to various parts of the UK seemed too much for us to plan and execute, so I was glad when a friend told me about her magical UK trip. ET has a process that ensures your travel will be enjoyable, safe, and easy. We give them our highest recommendation. In fact, we’re already planning our next journeys with their wise guidance and help. We’re thrilled to travel with ET!

Enchanting Travels did an amazing job curating a memorable trip for our family to Japan. Every detail was taken care of including transportation from the airport and even taking us to each train platform. The classes we know took were also excellent including the sushi making class, the bento box making class, and the calligraphy. We had an issue with our flight coming into Japan and our trip coordinator. Anchal took care of communicating with the hotel. She was even able to get us a refund for the night we missed. Anchal was always available and ensure that every detail of our trip went smoothly. Everything was professional and done in a first class manner. I would give them my highest recommendation without hesitation.

We had an amazing anniversary trip to Italy planned by enchanting travels. Every aspect of the trip was great! We had a stay in Rome, a Tuscan Villa and then the final leg in Florence. All of the hotels were great and the staffs were very friendly. We had private drivers for all of our transportation needs and private or very small group tours for all of our stops. The driver service and guide service the enchanting travels used were amazing. Cherisse Liptzin was our book agent at enchanting travels and she was amazing in planning the perfect trip for us!!

We had a fabulous trip, perfectly planned down to every detail. Our accommodations were fabulous in every city we visited. The tours and guides were phenomenal! This was our first trip using Enchanting Travels, and it won’t be our last. We spent 16 days in Japan traveling to 8 different cities. Enchanting travels made this experience SEAMLESS! from the planning stages , Anita, was so caring and helped us make this trip unique to what we wanted. During the trip , Vishal, helped us if we needed anything while in Japan. When arriving in Japan, we received our very detailed book of our events and all tickets etc for the trip. Everything was meticulously detailed (exactly how I like it). They provided every information you would need throughout the trip to ensure you feel supported. Every guide was incredible, the accommodations were great! I didn’t need to think through this whole trip as I felt so cared for through it all. We made a family trip to Africa (Tanzania and Kenia) to celebrate my 50th Birthday. From day 1, Alison was great in understanding us and providing some great recommendations. She and Bovin (our local contact) made this trip a dream come true. They were always attentive, gave recommendations and heard all of our desires. Enchanting Travels made planning my trip to Ireland very easy and stress free. The experience with Enchanting Travels and finally getting to visit Ireland was a dream come true. I am so glad I did it! I had to go to Ireland by myself, but I didn’t feel like I was alone. My travel guide checked in with me everyday to make sure things were going well. I had my personal chauffeur/tour guide who was with me at least 8 hours a day so I wasn’t completely by myself. I felt very safe and well taken care of.
