This was our 6th trip using Enchanting Travels. They make it easy. They ensure all is well at all times, and give you what you want in a customised itinerary.

Our first trip out of the country was a beautiful and safe adventure thanks to the planning and support of Enchanting Travels!

Enchanting Travels made our vacation planning easier than we could have imagined. We could not have had an equally amazing experience planning on our own. The customer service and communication were all around excellent and it was a stress-free experience every step of the way.

The Iceland trip was great. Great itinerary with great excursions and nice hotels. Breakfast included really is nice. Ben, trip support coordinator, was accessible and helpful.

Our contact Elena, responded right away to any questions we had. The sky lagoon experience was great. Our hotel accommodations in the middle of the city was within walking distance of everything.

Amazing family trip. Everything was so organized and easy. Our only responsibility was having fun and experiencing new and wonderful food and culture. Enchanting Travels is consummately professional and responsive. We are seasoned travelers but could not have planned this better. Activities and accommodations were upscale, relaxed and engaging. I’m a single mother of 2 teens and this was amazing for all of us.

If you want to plan the trip of a lifetime, I highly recommend Enchanting Travels! We trusted them with our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was perfect. I’ve never had international travel go so smoothly. We loved having our transportation already scheduled, tickets purchased in advance, and English speaking guides from the cities we stayed in giving us private tours. It was also comforting knowing that our trip coordinator was just a phone call away any time we needed them! Overall, we enjoyed our experience with Enchanting Travels from beginning to end, and we can’t wait to schedule our next trip with them!

Shaun and Rossana, with Enchanting Travels, helped create a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us. Visiting new places can make you nervous, but they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and confident. They were both always available, had consistent communication, answered our questions, and helped however they could. We missed our first flight, and our luggage could not be found. Immediately we contacted Rossana, and she saved the entire trip. She rearranged everything she could so we could keep the same agenda, located our luggage, and ensured they delivered it to us. She checked with us every day to make sure our trip was going as smoothly as possible. We never felt as if we were doing this alone. They added special touches that blew us away.

Stress free travel! Enchanting Travels was excellent from the planning through the entire trip!

The entire trip was so well planned out and carried out from start to finish. Darn near perfect from start to finish. Accommodations, transportation and tours were fantastic.

The tours and excursions are absolutely worth it. The guides are knowledgeable, and help get you to where you need to go. We would have never known the rich history behind the structures we were viewing without the tour guides. Plus, they always helped us get back to our hotel.

The trip was planned well and everything went exactly according to plan. It was the perfect way to be introduced to a new country and new culture: no anxieties and now armed with experience to return

I was continuously enthralled while in the bush seeing the animals, the landscape, hearing the birds and hippos and jackals. Just absolutely enthralling. The guides and trackers are fantastic. They share their deep knowledge of the area to make the most of the experience. The staff at the camps are warm and obviously care about guests comfort. The accommodations are comfortable, and the food is great.

It was good to have personalised tour options developed and discussed with enchanting travel consultants who were able to tailor itinerary to our needs and budget. All the planning went smoothly and while on holiday the trip coordinator stayed in touch which helped us feel confident that any problems would be resolved. The short tours we did while away were all great and we had a fantastic holiday.

We have just experienced and enjoyed our third trip with Enchanting. We were blown away by the amazing accommodations, the interesting and varied itinerary, and the fact that nothing was left to chance. The drivers and guides were always on time and enjoyable. Our trip coordinator Ntswaki, went over and above with little extras, and checking up on us as things changed day by day.

Dear Enchanting, My husband and I wish to commend you on the fantastic job you did planning and organizing our recent trip to South Africa and Victoria Falls in Zambia! This experience has been by far the greatest trip we’ve been on. From safaris in Madikwe National Park to retreat in Victoria Falls, to a cosmopolitan stay in Cape Town and finishing off with a three night ride on the luxurious Rovos Rail…we can’t say enough about this trip of a lifetime!
