Our Bali honeymoon was the trip of a lifetime! From the amazing hotels, to the excursions to memorable tour guide, we can’t say enough positive things about our experience. We didn’t want it to end!

Kate, our travel consultant, helped plan a custom itinerary that was exactly what we asked for – a two-week tour of Italy that included cultural and educational experiences everyone in our group, from grandkids to grandparents, could enjoy. Anto, our trip coordinator, put us at ease while preparing for the trip and was extremely attentive to our questions and needs while on the trip. The entire Enchanting Travels team helped execute a seamless trip and took away much of the stress and worry that comes along with traveling.

Samuel was unphased by our requests for significant changes to our itinerary. He immediately went to work, helping us to make big changes that made the trip very good.

Enchanting travels not only provided us with an outstanding African experience, but were with us the whole trip through checking on us and providing advice and special unexpected, thoughtful experiences! Near the end of our trip, I had some awful stomach distress issues and they (Gao, our trip coordinator) were right there, offering to call doctors or hospitals for me! It was so good to know that they would take care of their travelers, no matter what.

Enchanting Travels knows Africa and designed an itinerary with a close-up view of this amazing place, its animals and its people. We hopscotched the continent with complicated travel arrangements made possible by Enchanting’s attention to detail. Working with Enchanting alleviates much of the worry so that we can savor the experience.

Morgan was our trip advisor and Tasneem was our contact throughout our trip. My teenage daughter and I traveled to the Amalfi Coast and Greece. We wanted a mix of history, culture and swimming carefree in sea coves. Only a very experienced travel advisor like Morgan could have planned the perfect trip for us, full of fun, adventure and, of course, safety as I am a single mom. Morgan secured a local hotel away from the hustle of Sorrento as our base in Italy. It was perfect. We were located right next to a local swimming pier with breathtaking views from our hotel room and surrounding neighborhood. She planned two perfect small boat excursions and one private tour to Pompeii. We swam in sea coves along the Amalfi coast and visited Capri, Positano, and Amalfi. Then off to our next destination. We wanted a less touristy Greek island and Morgan wisely chose Milos for us, which we knew nothing about. We stayed at a breathtakingly beautiful hotel with our own private jacuzzi which Morgan negotiated for us. Also within walking distance to a small beach area and quaint downtown of family run restaurants. Our excursions in Milos were also exactly what we wanted. Mix of history, culture and swimming in sea coves. We flew into Milos and took the ferry back to Athens. Although that may not sound exciting, both were part of the adventure. Throughout our journey, whenever I felt uneasy (like when our private car driver from hotel to Naples airport) asked for money, Tasneem was readily available advising us. Tasneem also had special housewarming gifts waiting for us at each hotel. I always felt like she was by my side just in case I needed her for anything. She was even there for us before our trip started! She emailed us restaurant recommendations, grocery stores, pharmacies, and patiently helped me with my mosquito phobia. (Btw, no mosquitos during our trip.) Anyways my daughter has now caught the travel “bug” and we are so excited to have Morgan and Tasneem help us with our next adventure. Morgan expertly tailored this trip to exactly what we wanted and leveraged Enchanting Travels’ business to get us great value for top hotels, transfers, and excursions. We wanted luxury and we got it. Vacations like these are once in a lifetime. Traveling with my daughter is giving us precious lifetime memories. Morgan and Tasneem understand this. I am so grateful that I trusted them, and my daughter and I are excited to make more lifetime memories together. Thank you!

We very much appreciated the personalized service during the trip planning, trip preparation and actual trip phases. Catherine, our Trip Coordinator, was in regular contact over this last year as we had to postpone the trip due to Covid and during the final month before the trip and during the trip including meeting with us at the beginning and end of the trip in Kenya to ensure we had everything we needed. She surprised us with special belated honeymoon dinners at the first hotel and first safari camp- we felt very spoiled! We will definitely engage with Enchanting Travels for future trips.

Our trip was essentially perfect thanks to Enchanting Travels, Lindsey and Elena. We received great advice and our hotels and itinerary were just chosen and planned with great attention to detail. Everything thing was exactly as written and trip coordination was flawless. Enchanting Travels really cares for their customers while they travel. The on-call trip coordinator is very beneficial for a trip where you are not familiar with the country. Zully really went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed including last minute changes.
