We have had an amazing experience of working with the Enchanting Travel team who organised a trip that met our needs and gave so much more. A friendly and professional team. We could not have asked for a better guide who shared his knowledge and love of India, and a driver we always felt safe with. I have physical challenges and I felt nurtured throughout the whole trip. Our trip planner worked with us to create a completely individualized and customized itinerary that fit our needs for wanting to hike and do more challenging activities. Fernando even changed our flights for us at the last minute when we decided to stay in Torres del Paine and climb Almirante Nieto mountain for a truly once in a lifetime experience! We had the best honeymoon we could have ever imagined!

Technically the tour met all our requirements regarding the standard of accommodation, drivers, meet and greet, tour guides and transport arrangements. But what made the tour “special” was the personal attention of our coordinator. Having someone monitor our progress and making sure we were always comfortable and looked after was priceless. It turned a very good holiday into a great holiday.

With the help of Enchanting Travels, my husband and I had the most perfect honeymoon. Our trip to Vietnam was smooth, relaxing, and adventurous. All guides and drivers we had interactions with were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and catered to our interests. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves, without worrying about logistics.

South Africa, Inyati game lodge, and Victoria Falls were the trip of a lifetime. The staff at Inyati was the best customer service I had ever experienced. Everything from hospitality, to game guides and rangers. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, expertise, and truly welcoming culture.

The level of excellence from the guides, David- Hanoi, Kevin-Saigon, Gunn-Bangkok, Danny-Chang Mai was the utmost best I could have ever hoped for. My wife wants to bring David home, myself and Kevin solved ALL the worlds problems while talking, Gunn was unbelievably knowledgeable to an astonishing level, and Danny was really a cool guy. You guys have one heck of a good crew, and for that I thank you very much. Suramya was there every single step of the way, boarding passes, exact knowledge of how to navigate the Bangkok airport where the guides weren’t allowed, I e-mailed and she called 30 seconds later, so very impressive.

Enchanting Travels provided the trip of a lifetime to India. The itinerary was planned perfectly and executed flawlessly. The trip was and adventure, both fun and educational. The drivers and guides were all professional and clearly concerned that we would have an amazing experience.

This was our first experience with a full service travel company where they literally made all the arrangements. Ordinarily I do all my own. From beginning to end my wife and I both felt extremely comfortable with how the schedule was being monitored and controlled by excellent staff in every location. Whenever we had any questions their local Representative was available and efficient in answering any concerns or requests we had to the point of calling us peridically directly at our hotel to ensure we were completely satisfied. It was impressive.

We have had the opportunity to travel quite a bit but this trip was exceptional! We had 12 flights from start to finish and Enchanting Travels made this seamless. Each country Jojo and Sapna had some special arranged for us that truly made the trip unforgettable. Dinner in the rice fields in Vietnam, Kampong Khleang and lunch in a locals home. Patara Elephant Reserve and cooking dinner in a locals home, Private speed boat for the day to the Phi Phi islands.

Knowing someone was looking after every detail made us feel safe and comfortable. We have traveled extensively but never felt this good about a travel company. We loved the fast track through customs in each country which made a huge difference. Sneha (our trip coordinator) not only handled every detail and checked in with us daily but made our experience a “trip of a lifetime.

Enchanting Travels made planning this vacation a breeze. I didn’t stress at all during the trip, especially since there was also someone there to help with international transfers. All of our guides spoke English well and were quite accommodating.

I can honestly say that our trip was fantastic. From the conception of the itinerary, Lisa suggesting activities based on our interests, the price, the way Fernando kept in contact during the trip, organising flight check-ins and seating, pickups/drop offs and the excellent hotels you couldn’t fault our trip.
