Mark and I can’t thank Enchanting Travels enough for the superb treatment we have had from the initial enquiry to the end of the holiday. Corin listened carefully to our preferences and made the perfect choice of hotels and experiences for us. It was very moving to go back to Kenya after a ten year gap and as the country is so special to both of us, there was always the danger of disappointment but this was far from the case. Catherine Mwaka, our Trip Coordinator and our driver/guide Kusaine (Sammy) could not have done more for us to make us feel so special and to make our stay so very enjoyable and memorable. Sammy was the most knowledgeable guide we have ever had in Africa. Even Kilimanjaro was rooting for us and was completely visible during our safari! All the accommodation chosen for us was first rate – we were especially grateful for the opportunity to be in the best suite in Severin Safari Camp, Tsavo West, with its own viewing platform. Our safari was out of this world and the beach experience luxurious and relaxing in beautiful surroundings. All the food was excellent and as a vegetarian, I am especially appreciative of all the choices on offer. We loved the whole experience so much that very shortly we shall be booking our return visit in 2021. Thanks to the whole team once again who made our holiday perfect. Enchanting Travels is a company that would be difficult to beat.

Enchanting Travels gave me the the experience of a life time. The countryside in every part of our journey from the northern to the southern part of India are vastly different. We were able to meander through the vegetable, flower, and fish markets early in the morning at Mumbai. So many sights along our journey to experience and share. Kerala, on the southwest coast of India brought our trip to a close, relaxing on a houseboat at Alleppey. An ideal way to end our travels.

We had an absolute wonderful trip. Everything was perfectly planned. The guides and drivers were always on time and went out of their way to please us. The hotels were excellent. Would use Enchanting travels again in a heart beat. It is hard to be able to say that absolutely nothing went wrong on a 3 week trip.

Travelling with Enchanting means a variety of experiences ,all within the range of your won abilities. You are cared for and looked after like a VIP. Their choices of accommodation are always great.

While Enchanting Travels is the first internet tour company we have used we were blown away by the level of service. The development of the itinerary, the willingness of the co-ordinator to change the itinerary , the expertise of the drivers and the guides and the standard of the accommodation all exceeded our expectations. We asked Akshay for a trip that would include culture and people and we got exactly that. Thank you also to our trip co-ordiantor Anjali, who nursed us through each step, before and during the trip. She checked us into hotels, booked a high tea for us, arranged a stunning meal in Udaipur and maintained contact at all times. This is a professional tour company and we recommend it wholeheartedly.

We have never dealt with such a helpful and amazing pair of people in Jay and Fernando for our recent trip to South America! How they put up with me changing and asking for information is a testament to their patience and amazing work ethic at Enchanting Travels. Whilst on the ground , our trip co-ordinator Fernando went above and beyond with the help he gave us and for that we are so so grateful. A sense of humour from Jay throughout the planning process was fabulous and I was sad when our trip planning was finished–it was fantastic to catch up with them both in Buenos Aires at the end of our trip!If we can EVER use the company again, we most certainly will—and ask for Jay and Fernando again–even if they don’t want us!

We felt well guided and supported from our airport arrival in Kochi to our departure at the Chennai airport. It makes for worry free travelling with particular attention to our preferences.
