I would thoroughly recommend Enchanting Travels; our trip was seamlessly coordinated, our guides and chauffeur very friendly and knowledgeable our hotels beautiful and if we wanted a little flexibility, nothing was too much trouble for our Trip Coordinator to arrange.

Although my parents and my in-laws are originally from India, my husband and I are not, so when we started planning our trip to India I knew we needed some expert help. When I found Gunjan from Enchanting Travels, I knew I had found the right person. She understood exactly what I needed and helped come up with an itinerary that worked well for us. She was also able to suggest activities that were enjoyed by my children and in-laws. Our Trip Coordinator Sanchi took over where Gunjan left off and managed every detail and was in touch with us regularly… she even took some time out to meet with us in person in Delhi which I appreciated! Every guide and chauffeur we worked with during our stay also complimented Enchanting Travels for being a great company to work with and I must say that I agree 100%. We had an amazing experience!

This was the best trip we have ever taken over decades of international travel. Enchanting Travels care was outstanding. They were always a phone call or email away to help with any question or schedule change. Enchanting Travels allowed us to totally enjoy Argentina without the stress of arranging our own logistics.

Since my daughter has been an executive tour guide with Tauck Tours for 10 years I know better than most what to expect on a tour. In other words I am probably more critical than the average traveler. I can’t find a single thing to speak negatively about.

Enchanting Travels provided us with excellent pre-trip planning and advice, excellent hotel choices, pick-ups at airports always on time, hotel check-ins were always smooth and well organized, great transport (with first class chauffeurs) during the trip and well-qualified and knowledgeable guides.

I used Enchanting Travels for a very complex trip to Asia spanning over Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Hong Kong. I had an amazing experience in planning the trip with personnel who are absolutely familiar with some of the most remote locations in these countries, available accommodations and logistics. My planning experience with the company was the best part of this experience. The trip itself went like clockwork, with no hiccups, and at all times I felt safe with the drivers, and the support given from the tour guides and the trip coordinators who kept in touch 24/7 and always answered questions and was there to troubleshoot. I was very happy about the hotels, food, tours and vehicles. They also had excellent drivers who knew the roads, short cuts, was respectful, and safe drivers. This trip was by no means cheap, but I felt that I did get the best value for my money. If I ever need a travel agent, I feel that I will only use this company, if they arrange tours in the country I want to visit. I would reiterate that if you want to travel to a place that is a little out of the way, with language barriers, and want to see a country for what it is instead of like a tourist, this is the company for you. Enchanting Travels personnel definitely knows what they are talking about and provided us with great service. I travel a lot and I do not give this kind of testimonials lightly – this was an excellent company!

Overall we had a wonderful experience. Travel arrangements within the country and the local flights were well arranged and all our guides were very friendly and spoke good English. Would highly recommend this travel company.
