The Chobe Chilwero Lodge – Chilwero meaning ‘place of high view’ in the Setswana language – sits on a hill overlooking the Chobe River offering exceptional views of the River and floodplains. Accommodation is in 15 luxurious and spacious thatched cottages which are all air-conditioned, and boast luxurious bathrooms with free-standing bathtub and indoor and outdoor showers. In addition, each cottage has a private lounge area and terrace/balcony complete with hammock overlooking the River. The main lodge area includes a lounge and dining room both of which are linked to outdoor viewing patios, as a well as a full service spa to pamper yourself after a day of game drives.
