Raas is a charming complex of buildings set within the structure of its own walled city, just a few minutes walk from the grandeur of Mehrangarh Fort and offering an unparalled panorama. This unique pink sandstone boutique hotel boasts ultra-modern architecture and regal design set against its ancient haveli (traditional mansion) style. Rest your head in one of the 39 en suite rooms and suites, which are furnished with black terazzo, stone-set, cast iron bathtubs and splashes of the Jodhpur blue. Soak in the swimming pool to the views of curtained garden cabanas and an old pavilion, or rejuvenate your mind and body at the opulent spa. The Darikhana Restaurant and outdoor Baradari Café by the pool are renowned locally for their delicious continental and Indian cuisine.

A beautiful place and a to starkly modern renovation of the old fort ruins. Loved the atmospheric restaurant (downstairs) & the choices. Room more ordinary but with a very nice private terrace. Call to prayer noise was minimal Friday morning; the time it goes on forever seems to be the evening now at dinner! They were also very helpful with the money and a young staff who went out of their way. Stepwell next door great too....Read More

One had the sensation of being attacked. this was outside the control of the hotel and I do not see it as a big problem but rather a comment on the bomb blast with each call to prayer...Read More

After staying at all the Oberois, we were too spoiled to be impressed by anything else. Staff was very friendly.

After Deogarh, it was tough for any hotel to wow... Raas with its contemporary ambience, great location and great food was perfect. Even the head chef Hitesh Yadav made custom breakfast and dinner for me. Loved it.

We did not have a heads up on the earplugs required for sleeping but enjoyed the accommodations none the less.
