The hotel is located in a privileged setting and the service was generally acceptable. The rooms (although comfortable) and its amenities appear to need a facelift. The quality of the food in the restaurant was average compared to all other 1+ hotels we stayed during the trip throughout India. The waiting times for the food were mistly too long. A disappoining communication about their Divali festivities for which a special evening buffet was initially priced at Rp 15/person, then Rp 11/person but with the promise several times during the day that the "à la carte" restaurant would remain open in parallel. Well, when showing up at 7pm the restaurant was closed and 2 options offered: the highly priced Divali buffet or room service...
