Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu is located next to Shibuya Train Station in Tokyo. Spacious standard double rooms at this international hotel are done up in warm colors. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light and offer views of the city below. There’s a separate seating area where you can enjoy a cup of Japanese green tea made in your room.
