Visit the Eggares Olive Press Museum, which features original tools and equipment used in the late 1800s. Learn about the process of manual olive oil extraction and sample the infused olive oils. Next, head to a family home in Galini, a traditional agricultural village. Once you reach, meet your host and pick fresh organic vegetables, fruits, berries and herbs from their garden.
