An ever-evolving and dynamic cosmopolitan city, Calgary still maintains the tranquility of the Rockies. One of the best ways to capture the essence of the city is to simply stroll through it. This is especially true of the downtown area, where you can’t miss the eclectic mix of music, food, street art, culture and sights of youngsters on their colorful scooters. Speaking of music, Studio Bell with its stark modern façade is a music-lover’s paradise, showcasing music-related attractions and hosting live performances. Heritage Park Historical Village, on the other hand, takes you back in time to Calgary’s past with a steam engine ride and a vintage vehicle museum. The staggering Calgary Tower offers stunning bird’s eye views of the city from its 56th storey observation deck.

To unwind and enjoy some relaxation, you can visit the famous Banff Hot Springs, open year round. Experience a thrilling wildlife safari in Banff National Park! As the sun sets behind the rugged peaks of the Canadian Rockies, set out on a private SUV with driver through a variety of natural landscapes along with a local guide. Banff Gondola

Relish a hot buffet lunch at the center and then board an Ice Explorer for an interpretive adventure to the Athabasca Glacier. You will be transferred from your hotel in Banff to your hotel in Jasper in a shuttle bus. Look forward to epic landscapes along the Icefields Parkway and to the en route Columbia Icefield Experience with the Glacier Skywalk and an Ice Explorer vehicle ride on the Athabasca Glacier. (total duration until you reach your hotel in Jasper: 10.5 hrs)

A quaint little railway town by the Athabasca River in the heart of the majestic Rocky Mountains, Jasper is steeped in history and beauty. Explore the panoramic landscapes of the Jasper National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, dotted with fascinating waterfalls, canyons, lakes, and lush green forests and the world’s second-largest Dark Sky Preserve. Jasper National Park offers a wide spectrum of outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, or skiing in the winter. If you would rather take it easy, then opt for leisurely walks and cozy picnics in the woodlands. En route, learn about the local flora and fauna, geology, and history of Jasper. Kamloops is a lovely city that sits tucked away in the Thomson Valley at the meeting point of two rivers in south central British Columbia. From its origins as a fur hunting center of the early 19th century and its recent past as a hub of the country’s logging industry, Kamloops has now transformed into a tourist magnet. With a generous sprinkling of natural attractions and a rich cultural heritage, this scenic region holds promise of an enjoyable getaway for all seasons. Hiking and biking are two popular ways of discovering the rolling grasslands, hoodoos, and sprawling canyons. Those looking for a more sedate pace can opt for golfing sessions at the many courses. Fishing for freshwater species in some of the region’s nearly one hundred lakes promises further relaxation.
