Enchanting Travels is constantly seeking out experiences which allow our guests to appreciate and support the natural world. We’re actively involved with numerous organizations that promote animal welfare and conservation, particularly those that help the world’s most vulnerable and endangered species. 

Just like humans, animals deserve to be treated with respect and care. While we do not endorse trips to zoos or wildlife parks that have animals in captivity, we do encourage visits to organizations with rescue animals that are being rehabilitated. Responsible nature tourism is a major part of our animal welfare policy and our guests enjoy wildlife experiences that not only support national parks and conservancies but the local communities who live near them as well.

Safaris are a major feature of many of our itineraries and we believe that, when done well, they can provide invaluable education about the natural world. When you go on a safari – either on land or by water – with Enchanting Travels, it’s important to know that everything always happens on the animals’ terms. No sightings are ever guaranteed but trying to spot wildlife in their natural habitat is all part of the fun!
