Enchanting Travels made our dream vacation to New Zealand a reality for us, from initial planning to pre-trip prep, and support throughout, they helped take the burden of trip logistics off our shoulders so we could focus on being present in each and every moment of New Zealand’s wonders.

Enchanting Travels tailored our Italian trip spot on for our small travel group of four. They listened well to our goals of the trip and were able to provide excellent accommodations and curated tours in Rome and Florence. In addition to the delightful trip, the travel connections were seamless. This was certainly appreciated. We would definitely use Enchanting Travels again.

We just returned from an outstanding 3-week trip to East Africa. Our travel consultant did an outstanding job of putting together this trip for a friend and me. Everything went as smooth as glass. We saw an extraordinary number of animals and the accommodations were even better than pictured. Our personal guides were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and kind, even assisting with all our check-ins. Every transport worked seamlessly. It was a great experience, we highly recommend Enchanting Travels!

Enchanting Travels is such an amazing company to journey with. Their employees were fantastic! The attention to detail was exceptional. They provided 10/10 service! From their recommendations as we started building our trip to Italy. Listening to all our desires. Building our trip with them, to seeing it realized. They made everything so pleasant. Including the travel app that was always so helpful. If you are considering to travel with company, ABSOLUTELY DO SO! I do not give 5 star ratings often, but they earned every star!

Our trip to France in September was fabulous!! Enchanting Travels did a wonderful job putting together our trip for us. We began the planning stages with Samara Bustamante who listened to exactly what we wanted to accomplish on our two-week trip. She hit the mark regarding the kind of hotel accommodations we expected as well as helping us design a trip which was fun and adventurous while learning France’s deep history. We visited three beautiful cities during our trip — Paris, Lyon and Normandy. We enjoyed tours in each city, a private cooking class in Lyon, traveled the rails from city to city and enjoyed delicious and interesting foods. We enjoyed our tour guides who were all excited to share the history of France at various sites. We learned more about French history than we thought we would. Potnuru Sri Sai Likhit was our contact person during our trip and he did not disappoint. He was responsive each time we needed help. Thank you Likit and Samara, you all made our trip special! Enchanting Travels provided a great trip to Chile July, 2025. The transfers between hotels and airports were always on time. Drivers were congenial as well as being knowledgeable and safe in their driving. The guides could not have been better. Accommodations were terrific and well located as well as being clean, comfortable, and having great and welcoming staff. The tours were perfect in showing us all we needed to see and experience. An all around wonderful trip.

I normally don’t use travel agents to book tours as I’ve been an independent traveler for a long, long time. But an African safari is a little more complicated. Enchanting travels made it easy with its recommendations and itinerary and we ended up with safaris that were unbelievable experiences. ET was super responsive and aimed to please us every step of the way and kept in constant contact with us. You won’t be disappointed.

We recently returned from our 2-week vacation to Portugal and it was amazing! They met with us to hear what we like and dislike when traveling, then they customized an itinerary to fit our preferences and budget. This was our 30th anniversary trip, so we went all out. Michelin restaurants, 5-star hotels, personal drivers and guides. I cannot say enough about how exceptional our trip was and it was all because Enchanting Travels planned everything down to the last detail.

Our family took a trip to Indonesia this summer booked through Enchanting Travels. All of the flights, went smoothly and there was an english speaking tour guide to pick us up at each location. The tour guides were very friendly and a pleasure to be with. The accommodations at each location were even better than expected! During the planning phase it was nice to be able to go back and forth and change things up until we created a trip that was perfect for our family and our budget.

We had a wonderful experience in Costa Rica thanks to Enchanting Travels! In 8 days we saw 4 different areas of the country- we saw waterfalls, volcanoes, rainforests, cities, beaches. It was exactly what I was looking for with my 3 kids (16, 18, and 21). A perfect combination of animals, adventure and beauty. I never could have planned this on my own – a special thanks to Allison Felfoldi and Claudia Coral. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! And I look forward to using Enchanting Travels again for future trips!

We recently returned from a 10-day trip to London and Paris, and Enchanting Travels made the entire experience seamless and unforgettable. Elizabeth handled all of our bookings and excursions with care and attention to detail. During our trip, Vipra was on call and incredibly helpful anytime we needed assistance. She even surprised us with a thoughtful gift and champagne to celebrate our anniversary, such a kind and personal touch! The Enchanting Travels app was also super user-friendly, which made it easy to keep track of our itinerary, confirmations, and documents all in one place. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!

We had a fabulous trip, perfectly planned down to every detail. Our accommodations were fabulous in every city we visited. The tours and guides were phenomenal! This was our first trip using Enchanting Travels, and it won’t be our last. We spent 16 days in Japan traveling to 8 different cities. Enchanting travels made this experience SEAMLESS! from the planning stages , Anita, was so caring and helped us make this trip unique to what we wanted. During the trip , Vishal, helped us if we needed anything while in Japan. When arriving in Japan, we received our very detailed book of our events and all tickets etc for the trip. Everything was meticulously detailed (exactly how I like it). They provided every information you would need throughout the trip to ensure you feel supported. Every guide was incredible, the accommodations were great! I didn’t need to think through this whole trip as I felt so cared for through it all. We made a family trip to Africa (Tanzania and Kenia) to celebrate my 50th Birthday. From day 1, Alison was great in understanding us and providing some great recommendations. She and Bovin (our local contact) made this trip a dream come true. They were always attentive, gave recommendations and heard all of our desires.
