We are truly grateful to have come across Enchanting Travels. After my husband and I tried to plan our trip ourselves…we made the right choice paying for the package we did. It was truly a wonderful experience being able to not worry about transportation and having guides (Keiko & Taku were AMAZING) teach us about the culture, history, and much more. We signed up to have more of the private transfer in Japan than public – so worth it! Everyone was on time and very prompt for every activity we were doing. Enchanting Travels and our coordinator Sarnanku made the entire experience stress free. We traveled to Japan and were able to get around, travel from city-to-city, and enjoy experiences we couldn’t have envisioned until they were recommended to us. Essential Information for your Private Tour of Japan

The best time to visit Japan truly depends on what you hope to see and do during your travels.  Your personal travel consultant will help identify the best time to visit for you.

The peak travel season is in spring (March to May) when the weather is pleasant, there are several festivals to enjoy, and the famous cherry blossoms are in full bloom. Summer (June to August) is an off-peak season due to high rainfall and humid conditions.

At Enchanting Travels, we hire award winning local guides to provide only the best experience for you. Your private tour guide in Japan will be able to speak English fluently, and they will offer deep knowledge of the areas you visit.

The length of your vacation depends on what you hope you see and do during your travels. We would recommend spending 8 days in the country at the very least. If you have more time, we can also customize your trip to be as long as a month, it really is up to you.

For a more authentic experience of Japan, we can tailor your trip to take place around some of the country’s fantastic festivals. Some of the best options include: 

  • Hokkaido’s Sapporo Snow Festival, held in January or February
