Qui Nhon, a quaint little beach town, is located on the South China Sea coast in Vietnam’s Central Highlands. This yet undiscovered, less touristy gem, is a mere 1hr 30mins flight from Ho Chi Minh City. During the Vietnam War, its proximity and port facilities made it an important military base for American troops. Its 42km coastline still makes it an important commercial port, with fishing as its mainstay…no wonder the seafood here is excellent. This exciting coastal destination encompasses some relaxation, a little adventure and a bit of history.
