The whole experience was absolutely wonderfully memorable and trip was planned and supported by Enchanting Travels with the smallest details to perfection. We visited 7 places and changed 6 flights within India and all pick ups, tours and drop offs were precise and all staff that took care of us, including tour guides and drivers, were extremely thoughtful, friendly, kind and excited to help, and take us wherever we wished to go even if that deviated from the originally set plan.

Our first Enchanting Travels experience resulted in an exceptional visit to Indochina in 2013. Our interest in North India was whetted by a sample itinerary for a fortnight in North India, and having recently returned from another unforgettable trip. The meticulous planning and highly professional and friendly delivery of all services, and the absence of any stress or doubts at all airport and city transfers, and accommodation to meet our needs were some of the hallmarks, whilst the guides and drivers were exceptional, as we experienced little gems during the itinerary. The cuisine throughout our visit was most enjoyable. And as for recommending all that Enchanting Travels can do, we would in a heartbeat.

Enchanting Travels put together a great itinerary for our India adventure. We added a stop in Pushkar. They scheduled it along with a guide for no additional fee. All of our guides as well as our chauffeur could not have been better. A great time.

While we were in-country, the guides were phenomenal and took all of the fear, doubt, and inconvenience out of the experience. They truly made it the trip of a lifetime!

My experience with Enchanting Travels was the first time that i hadn’t organised a trip abroad independently, and whilst skeptical about how it would be having a trip organised for me at first, my mind was soon put at rest, as the experiences we had through Enchanting Travels could not have been better, from start to finish everything was pretty much perfect. The organisation was seamless and the trip itself was amazing. Nepal is a beautiful country and travelling independently through it would be amazing, But I believe Enchanting Travels helped make the trip that little bit more special. Providing local guides enabled us to see things that we would have missed had we been organising the whole trip on our own. Do not hesitate to use this company, I certainly will be again.

Both Susan, our Travel Consultant, and Sneha, our Trip Coordinator, were outstanding. We had the most outstanding trip. Everything went very smoothly and all the people you organised on the ground were first class. All the internal flights and transfers worked like clockwork. Tamara received a birthday cake. The game parks were a true highlight. We saw 9 leopard, 35 Rhino, 10 lion, lots of buffalo, and endless elephants along with all kinds of other wildlife. Rhino Post Safari Lodge was a fantastic lodge with brilliant staff and guides. Kruger was very dry and barren which was not great for the poor animals but great for game viewing.

This is our third trip with Enchanting Travels and we highly recommend their service. They are dependable and efficient and exceptionally reliable at no extra cost compared to others.

Enchanting Travels employs people who really know how to listen to their clients and provide an exciting itinerary that is also safe and flexible. Everyone we worked with, from Brenda and Lavina to our guides Mr. Pongthep and Sangay, and our chauffeur Kengua, were professionals who seemed to really enjoy showing us their beautiful and exciting countries.

Enchanting Travels is exactly as its name states. A dream holiday.

If you are thinking of going to Southeast Asia, please consider Bhutan. It is a sight to behold. The people are very accommodating and our hotels provided us with a good night’s sleep at the end of a busy day. The roads here are not all paved so going between the larger towns does take up part of your day, but it is well worth it! The scenery is fantastic! Sometimes you are driving into clouds and when you come out have beautiful mountain views. The food can be spicy, but we told them in the beginning we wanted a milder menu and they did very well with that. We not only saw the tourist side of Bhutan, but went to a home and also a 300 year old farm and were served tea and puffed rice. A very different culture than ours, but the king is doing a great job of working on services to modernize and still keep the look and feel of a “happy” country. I would love to go back in 5 years to see how it has changed. They are improving the roads everyday. It was a wonderful relaxing trip. Thank you Enchanting Travels.

To be able to customize the trip for 4 of us, was excellent! The hotels were all very comfortable and very good quality; the food we were exposed to was delicious; the transfer agents and the guides were professionals and took care of the details so we didn’t have to; and the activities we chose were varied and memorable!!

Our “Enchanting” African experience was made up of two safari stays, a Garden Route tour, a stay in Winelands and a few days in Cape Town. The contrasts between these components and activities is what made our holiday so enjoyable. Enchanting clearly has a good knowledge of the country and provided some outstanding venues. In talking to other first-time visitors to South Africa we realised that we had had a very special experience.
