Everything we planned worked exactly as expected. Drivers, tours and tour directors were on time and did an excellent job. We had lots of flights and transfers to and from airports. I did not stress about that at all, after the first day.

My wife was very concerned about going to Africa and security issues – mainly with wildlife in our tent! After 3 or 4 days she was loving it and throughout the whole trip we were informed of what we would be doing and at no point were we left alone in transit from camp to camp, camp to airline etc. Staff at all the camps were wonderful and very knowledgeable. People considering their first trip to Africa should consider Enchanting Travels to ensure a great time and get to see all of the key highlights of Africa. We saw loads of animals (big 5+) but in reality this is nature and the tour guides can not just manufacture a rare species if they are not around at that time.

I have traveled with Enchanting Travels twice now – South Africa and more recently South America. The attention to detail is amazing. From start to finish you have 100% input in your travel plans through both email and phone conversations. Once you have decided on the final itinerary everything just falls into place. When you step off the plane there is a sign with your name on it. While being transported to your accommodation they let you know your daily arrangements and timing. You have constant support from the company by a local Trip Coordinator. I would highly recommend Enchanting Travels.

If you want a bespoke trip that gives you what you want and runs as smoothly as any travel experience can while giving you the feeling of independence, then Enchanting is for you, if you need to be part of a group and have a guide with you as a nanny then it is not.

Every detail was considered. Enchanting Travels allowed me to relax rather than worry about the many, many details involved in planning a trip. They think of everything and customize it to your specifications. The entire experience from start to finish was delightful. The company is aptly named.

Our every need or desire was met and even anticipated. From the initial planning to every activity, we were taken care of. The activities were customized for us, including a personal yoga instructor. The elephant encounter was the most amazing experience and in such a happy environment for the animals. Such respect for humans and animals alike.
