If you ever wanted to go to South Africa – DO IT! Our African experience started with us contacting and talking with many different tour operators, both local and online. Alison, with Enchanting Travels was the only one who seemed to actually listen to what we wanted and did not try and sell something that they wanted. She gave us numerous alternatives to pick from and the budgets surrounding each choice. After about a week we decided to go with Enchanting Travels and it was the BEST decision we could have made. WE got the vacation that WE wanted, done the way WE wanted it. We visited four ecological zones in South Africa, wasted no time on buses and stayed at some amazing properties! I would highly recommend Enchanting Travels, Alison, and everyone else that we dealt with during this experience. Not one little regret, I don’t know how they could have made our experience any better!

One of the scariest parts of going to another country is not knowing where to go and how to travel from destinations. It was awesome to have someone who listened to what we wanted, set everything up with people who clearly knew what they were doing and then having someone with us to get us from point a to point b safely. Every guide we had been set up with was clearly vetted and knew what they were doing. It made the whole experience really seamless for us.

Africa is a challenging country to do on your own. Each country on the continent has so many aspects to offer, that, rather than trying to figure it out myself, I enjoyed working with a tour company, and in my opinion Enchanting Travels gets five stars.

I wouldn’t hesitate to book travel with Enchanting Travels again in the future. Our itinerary was well-organized and had enough fun balanced with free time. The responsiveness to questions (both before and during our trip) was priceless. I’m used to doing my own vacation organizing so I was absolutely thrilled to have the planning managed so well by a third party. Definitely made for an experience of a lifetime.

Enchanting Travels created a fabulous short trip to France that took us to Paris, to Normandy, to Provence, and finally to Nice and the French Riviera. It was a short whirlwind of a trip of only ten days, but our organizer was able to pack in as much as possible. This was the first trip to Europe for our 3 grandsons, and we wanted to show them as much as possible. My husband and I and our oldest son have experienced France many times. This amazing trip served as a temptation for these young men to pursue more international travel.

We saw a lot of great things, and had some really good tour guides. This was a big and complicated trip, and it was great to have help with planning and issues along the way.

My experience with Enchanting Travels was, indeed, enchanting! The careful planning was absolutely done according to our interests, abilities, and preferences! The during-trip support was excellent as was each accommodation, excursion, and transportation arrangement! Every Enchanting representative we met before and during our trip was friendly and happy to provide excellent advice and general conversation. Highly recommend!

The entire process from start to finish was smooth and easy. That was a relief for a trip of this magnitude, the fact we were somewhat clueless going into it and the fact that the trip was so long. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

This experience reminded us how simple and beautiful this world can be. We were surrounded by beautiful sights (Cape coastal views, Victoria Falls), wonderful people (guides, other engaged guests), and a first-hand view of some of nature’s most majestic animals.

Both Derek and Vanessa made our trip a wonderful experience of a lifetime. Hawaii did not disappoint, nor did the recommendations and excursions that we had taken.

We just came back from our trip to Rome and the Amalfi Coast. Our trip was planned 4 weeks before our week to travel. We wanted to travel before our daughter left for her first year of college and didn’t have a lot of time to plan or many weeks to choose from. Enchanting Travels made that easy – they planned the trip in a few days and listened to what was important to us. Our experience was above our expectations and every detail planned for so it made our trip easy and less stressful. The private tours and local guides that spoke English were top notch. We would definitely plan another vacation with them!
