Overall, we had a fabulous time and really enjoyed all of the activities. The guides were great and the transfers were seamless. We were never left wondering where our car was or waiting on them. It was very easy and the guides always helped us get through the airports which was very nice. Enchanting Travels really took a lot of the stress and work out of traveling. We could just enjoy and really be present.

Overall great experience! Our trip planner was intentional to include our requests and our in country trip support was quick to respond and excellent.

This was our third Enchanting Travel trip and was the longest one, 6 weeks. From beginning to end, all communication, arrangements, accommodations, activities were just what we wanted in this trip. Visiting Sri Lanka, southern India, Assam and Bhutan via car and 6 internal flights sounds tiring but, surprisingly, it really wasn’t. Some of the boutique hotels were exceptional, ranging from charming and quaint to luxurious, and all memorable. Our guides in Sri Lanka (Kusum) and Assam (Dipankar) were outstanding and provided us with unique experiences of day-to-day life for the average person that were not on the itinerary. This was exactly what we wanted and they delivered!! In Bhutan, our local trekking guide, who spoke no English, invited us to eat our picnic lunch in his home and to meet his wife. It was a spur-of-the moment offer as we neared the end of the trek (which was above 12,000 ft elevation). That kind gesture was heartwarming and we truly appreciated his hospitality! At several sites we visited in Assam, we were asked to pose for selfies with many people. We now know how celebrities feel!! At one point, we had about 30 people surround us for photo opps. We never felt threatened, just sort of embarrassed by the attention. However, my husband said he loved being asked to pose for selfies with pretty young women! (He’s 80, so everyone is young!)

My husband and I travelled to Costa Rica in January 2023. It was our first time in the country, and our trip planner put together a fantastic itinerary for us that allowed us to truly experience Costa Rica and its diverse areas. We were truly impressed with the activities and the hotels (which we may not have found on our own). It was also great to have all of our transportation arranged in advance – we never had to worry about how to get from one location to the other, and our drivers were always punctual and professional. This was our fourth trip through Enchanting, and they never disappoint!

We made some seemingly impossible requests, and not only did Enchanting Travels deliver, they exceeded our wildest expectations. Special shout out to Camila & Elizabeth! 5 stars!

Aside from the great tours, spectacular historical sights, and activities, the comfort and flexibility that having dedicated staff and a driver made the trip that much more enjoyable. If I go back to India, I would book with them again without hesitation.

Everything was seamless. Our planner did a great job listening to our requests and developing an amazing, in-budget itinerary. Once on-site, it was great to have a coordinator check in and answer any little questions we had come up. Travel between locations was so smooth and each hotel treated us extra special as Enchanting Travels members. So smooth, so fun, and all of the staff is incredibly helpful.

I will trust Enchanting Travels to plan any vacation. Having both a trip planner and then a travel coordinator that was at my beck and call while traveling was brilliant and comforting. My kids and I felt safe, cared for, and stress free during the entire experience.

From my initial conversation with Scott to my last check in with Neetu I was very impressed with their ability to plan a fantastic and unique trip for us that was designed to keep all members of my family happy. We had some last minute flight issues that resulted in changes on arrival dates that didn’t even phase Neetu. She understood the issues, made the appropriate changes and kept us updated every step of the way.

Using Enchanting Travels made our trip to Thailand the best trip ever! Not only did we get to do activities that were things we couldn’t have known about ourselves, the experience of not having to worry about the logistics of any of these experiences truly made our trip relaxing!

As the kids have grown into adults, time together is harder to find so being able to establish a shared agenda with common interests was fantastic. As noted, we wanted to see Iceland in the winter and experience the Northern Lights, while making the most of the short time we had. The experience and expertise of Enchanting Travels helps make that possible and the care and attention of Divya makes it as close to a worry-free experience as possible.

I am SO glad we chose to use Enchanting Travels for our honeymoon to Japan. They planned out every single detail of our trip and made it a stress free experience. Everyone we worked with was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend Enchanting Travels to anyone traveling somewhere they are unfamiliar with.
