We are truly grateful to have come across Enchanting Travels. After my husband and I tried to plan our trip ourselves…we made the right choice paying for the package we did. It was truly a wonderful experience being able to not worry about transportation and having guides (Keiko & Taku were AMAZING) teach us about the culture, history, and much more. We signed up to have more of the private transfer in Japan than public – so worth it! Everyone was on time and very prompt for every activity we were doing. Using Enchanting Travels was one of the best decisions we made on this trip to Japan! From the initial call through the end of the trip we felt we had the opportunity to ask questions and let our desires for our trip be known. They asked the right questions to help plan the trip we wanted and it was a pleasure to have someone else make our accommodation and special tour arrangements for the duration of our trip. Our trip advisor checked in with us during our trip to make sure all was going well. Would definitely recommend!

Our trip was wonderful from beginning to end! It was so lovely to enjoy a vacation where we didn’t have to think about any of the details as everything was already done for us. The hotels were fabulous, our tours and guides were fabulous and a special shout out to John O’Connor, our driver and tour guide extraordinaire in Ireland! We would also like to thank Cherisse Liptzin and Tasneem Lokhandwala for taking such good care of us from the planning stage of our vacation through the last day of our actual trip. Their amazing attention to detail and follow-up meant we could just enjoy our time in Scotland and Ireland without worrying about anything.

I have had experience planning group trips with dear friends and this was by far the most well planned trip I have had the pleasure of putting together. Kelly and Megan listened to all of our ideas and requests and followed through on every front. Knowing that our trip coordinator, Megan Cena was double checking all of our hotels and activities a couple of days before arrival made a huge difference. We were expected at all of the arranged accommodations, no surprises! The quality of the private small group tours we participated in was exceptional. The tour guides were top-notch. We traveled by bus, train,ferry, airplane and luxury van and every piece of our trip went beautifully. Also, one ferry was cancelled and Enchanting Travels was working right away to get us on the next ferry. Having contact with Megan throughout our trip was another plus- she would write every night to ask how that day had gone. A wonderful vacation!

Enchanting Travels has created three trips for me and my grandson. Each one has been well organized and included activities and properties that fulfilled my expectations 100%. I will use them again and again.

Enchanting Travels delivers. My husband and I booked with them for a trip to Patagonia for our honeymoon and we didn’t even have to think about anything the entire trip. The hotels, food, transportation, and day excursions were beyond amazing. We had a flight that needed to be changed coming back to the US and they also took care of this for us. There is no doubt you get what you’re paying for. Derek and Camilla were beyond amazing in making this trip happen. Thank you so much for a trip we will always remember.
