This is a raving review of Enchanting Travels and the South Africa experience. From the first phone call to the last message from our trip coordinator it was flawless and made for the dream vacation to exceed any possible expectations we could have imagined. We will definitely return to South Africa and won’t go anywhere without Enchanting Travels again. If you even think you would be interested in this trip just do it you won’t regret it. Cheers

I cannot recommend Enchanting Travels enough. They have made it hard to travel any other way. Everything is effortless which is how a vacation should be.

I have been fortunate enough to have traveled all over the world. I was able to live in two European countries and all over the United States of America. This is the first time that I have ever traveled with Enchanting Travels. From the very start their representatives were focused on understanding exactly what I wanted out of my trip. Once it was understood, I was given multiple options to look at and choose from to further narrow down, my exact needs. After all the choices were made, and the trip was paid for, everything, and I mean everything was taken care of. A knowledgeable representative met me at every plane, hotel, or vehicle, to make sure I was taken to the proper place and treated like a king. The flights, accommodations and ground travel vehicles were all clean, comfortable, and more than I could ask for. I had no worries throughout my trip. All I had to do was sit back and enjoy! It was a trip of a lifetime! They planned and executed everything perfectly. There was not a single hitch! I will, without a doubt use them again! If you would like to travel and leave the detailing to someone else, I highly recommend this group. A job well done.

From my first interaction with Rebecca Alterman, who helped me book my amazing trip to Banff and Lake Louise, to my last interaction with Javier Gomez who took over seamlessly and helped guide me through last minute details, I’ve had a very positive experience with Enchanting Travels and would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends. Rebecca Alterman was so patient, kind and informative during the planning process. I was very disappointed when she told me that I would be handed over to a different person that would be my trip agent. However, when I met Javier Gomez, I knew that I was in good hands. He was able to respond promptly and thoroughly to any questions I had prior to my trip and while on vacation continued to assist me as needed. He was WONDERFUL! Thank you so very much for assisting me every step of the way so we were able to enjoy the trip of a lifetime!

What a beautiful time we had in Japan! Can’t wait to go back! Shannon created the most personalized trip for my husband and myself. Everything that was important for us to see or do in Japan she made it happen! Could not ask for a better trip or experience! Emma Silk was there for us the entire journey. She even left me a tea ceremony kit to keep in our first hotel. Enchanting Travels goes above and beyond on their trips and for their customers! We highly recommend. Enchanting Travels put together the most perfect itinerary. We were busy with exciting and new activities every day, and had the time to rest and relax exactly when we needed it. The time managing and plan executing was absolutely perfect. No time wasted at all, and no time spent in the wrong place whatsoever! Will be using them again in the future, and definitely recommend them!

We used Enchanting Travels to help us plan a big graduation trip for my two sons. There was 6 of us in total and we had the perfect blend of activity/tours/sightseeing as well as free time to explore Spain and Switzerland. My trip to Guatemala was an incredible experience, thanks to our fantastic private driver and guide. They were both highly knowledgeable and made sure we had a deep understanding of the rich culture and history of the area. The experience was very calming and quiet, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the surroundings without feeling rushed. I don’t know how they do it but, the staff at Enchanting Travels somehow seems to top itself with each trip that they create for us! Nurit Hod once again planned the most incredible trip for us to northern Italy. Nurit was able to carefully and elegantly organize the trip of a lifetime for us from Milan to the Dolomites through Switzerland and over to Lake Como. Nurit really got to know us and the types of hotels, excursions, and adventures that we enjoy. Each day was planned perfectly. The excursions were always with particular experts in their field. The guides were consistently extremely knowledgeable and made the trips fun, exciting, and relaxing! With the impeccable and detail-oriented Divya Bist by my side as a trip coordinator, I never felt alone during my travels. Divya made sure that each and every detail before and during the trip was confirmed and scheduled perfectly. It is so nice to know that we have such caring, kind, and expert people working with us as a team on these unbelievable trips- making them endlessly fun, exciting, memorable, and life-changing!

This is our second trip with Enchanting Travels this year. The trip planners really work with you to make sure you get the most out of the experience. Their expertise in the area ensures an amazing trip. The trip coordinators make sure everything is arranged so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We were thrilled with the itineraries that both Peter (Africa) and Derek (France) put together for us, with some input from us. Ruth is lovely and so responsive it was terrific. We absolutely loved everything. Everything ran so smoothly. We look forward to another trip next year sometime. Thank you for another once in a lifetime experience.

Enchanting Travels delivered!! We wanted a vacation that was an overview of Italy and they delivered. 5+ cities in 12 days. Visited every major landmark, with knowledgeable local guides and drivers. Even trips from the airport/train station to our hotels was a learning experience and tour. The planning process was with engaging trip coordinators, who listened!. The travelling was seamless and they were always on hand checking in to smooth any wrinkles which were all minor thanks to amazing planning. Now we have to use them for all our vacations.

From the moment we first started planning the trip to the moment we got on the plane to go home, we felt so cared for. Our trip coordinator, Cyprian, was the best!!! We always knew what was going on, and he was never more than a call or text away. The game drives were unreal and we got so close to the animals. The food was delicious and the chefs were top notch. The servers at every lodge, who were mostly young men, were so kind and wonderful. All the staff were warm and welcoming. The sun downers were amazing. It’s an unexplainable feeling to watch elephants walking by while sipping on a cocktail. All the guides were so knowledgeable. We always felt safe, secure, and happy. The lodges were in nature, but contained every necessity required to feel luxurious. The experiences, such as visiting and feeding Baraka, the blind rhino, will last a lifetime. This was the most amazing trip ever!

You do not need to have any doubts in planning a trip to Africa through Enchanting Travels. Every aspect of planning the trip and going on the trip was perfect. We’ve used other travel agencies before but Enchanting Travels far exceeded anything we’ve ever experienced in the past. You will have a contact person in Africa while you are there that is available 24/7. Every person that you will encounter it’s friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming . I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with our trip! Thank you Enchanting Travels!

Enchanting Travels hit this out of the park. My wife and I had the most amazing honeymoon. We were able to go wine tasting in Tuscany, had an authentic cooking class in Florence, cruised around the waters of Lake Como and climbed to the top of the Duomo in Milan. Everything went so smoothly and we are so appreciative that Enchanting Travels made our honeymoon so smooth and unforgettable.

This was a great adventure. I celebrated my birthday by taking my grandsons to Costa Rica. Our trip went smoothly and incorporated the sites we wanted to see. There were also surprise experiences for the kids- Tarzan swings, zip lines, waterfalls, rafting trips. The guides, drivers, and planners made this a worry-free trip where I could concentrate on having a wonderful experience with the kids.
