I’ve always valued Enchanting’s trip organization skills and your help with making my somewhat eclectic wishes happen. Now I can say that perhaps the greatest value is having your organization and people like Shivangi looking out for us when the unexpected happens.

We are travelers who typically love getting into the nitty gritty of travel research and booking boutique/off-the-grid style trips. This was one time where we didn’t have the time or bandwidth to do that, and Enchanting was absolutely the solution we needed. The ability to just hand the planning off and the on-the-ground support of the guides & drivers was perfect for this kind of trip at the last minute.

Well planned and organised. Everything happened like clockwork.

This was our 7th trip with Enchanting. This company is truly consistent throughout the entire process. From the planning stage all the way through your return home. We have traveled to many different countries and the accommodations, guides and activities have always been wonderful! Thank-you Enchanting for another spectacular adventure!

Working with Enchanting Travels was a totally wonderful experience. This was my first time traveling that all segments were set up beforehand. My husband and I were very well served by Enchanting Travels. Our Travel Consultant Jay organized us a very good trip. He was open to making modifications to our itinerary when receiving our comments. We received an itinerary that suits our needs. Once in Argentina, Fernando, our Trip Coordinator, kept in touch with us regularly making sure everything was going fine. We had a very good trip until the Coronavirus became a pandemic and we had to leave Argentina rapidly while it was still possible to fly to Canada. Fernando was extremely supportive in helping us to leave. When we knew that we had to leave, we were in Mendoza. He made the necessary arrangements for us overnight so that we can take a flight in the morning for Buenos Aires (flight tickets to Buenos Aires, transfer between airports) in order to be on our flight to Canada later that day. He continued being in touch with us until we got home. He is a very caring and dedicated person. We felt that we can count on him for support. Overall, we can say that we were well served by Enchanting Travels, we dealt with very professional people. We were very glad that we had booked the trip with a travel agency that is so supportive, especially when the Coronavirus was bringing complications to travel.

My husband and I had a 3 weeks trip to Argentina planned by Enchanting Travels in February-March 2020. Our Travel Consultant organized a very good trip for us, he looked after every detail. He was opened to modify our itinerary upon receiving our comments in order to give us a trip that suits our needs. Once in Argentina, our Trip Coordinator kept in contact with us almost every day and made sure the trip was going well. All the drivers were on time for tours and the tour guides were very well chosen. Five days before the end of our trip, the coronavirus became a pandemic. Argentina’s government closed the borders to US flights where we were to fly back. Fernando was extremely supportive in helping us to leave. He has been a very caring and dedicated person during all our trip and he provided us exceptional support until the very end. As they advertised, Enchanting Travels really offers a 24/7 service. We dealt with professional people. We were glad that we had booked the trip with a travel agency that was supportive, especially when the coronavirus brought complications to traveling. We will certainly deal with them again in the future if we are to travel to destinations where they offer service.

Enchanting Travel took away all the worry that comes with travel to a distant land. We had a personal tour, with plenty of activity built around things we enjoy doing. We will use ET again.

Hoi An is not to be missed – including the Vespa excursion. Amazing experience – the guides were so much fun and very knowledgeable. Food was great. Halong Bay trip was spectacular, ship was gorgeous. We saw a large pink jellyfish during our kayaking activity. The temple at Ta Prohm was so beautiful and mystical. Probably our favorite of all.

Enchanting Travels offers very professional and exceptional services. We have just enjoyed a 21days private tour of Rajasthan and Sri Lanka and are very impressed with the organisation and handling of our trip. We were so well looked after from the moment we arrived until our departure and the hotels , services and arrangements were first class.

I cannot say enough great things about our trip with Enchanting Travels! From the planning with Bo, our Travel Consultant, to day to day coordination with Ashwini, our Trip Coordinator, the entire process was stress-free and totally catered to what we wanted. Bo did a great job balancing the activities that we wanted to do while allowing us enough free time to explore on our own. We traveled during Feb 2020, aka the outbreak of Coronavirus, and Ashwini had multiple check-ins with us prior to departure as we were unsure about what to do. While we were there we felt completely safe and in good hands. While we were traveling, we decided we wanted to add an excursion while in Phuket and Ashwini was able to coordinate for the very next day. Also, Ashwini surprised us with 2 wonderful dinners at our hotels. Everything was perfect! We had such a blast on our honeymoon!

Enchanting Travels promised to make our trip to Asia unforgettable. They certainly did this and more. Every day was perfectly executed with so many incredible surprises along the way. From the guides to the drivers to the hotel employees – everyone ensured that our every need was met. We felt safe in this uncertain time knowing that we were in great hands.

Best decision! Everything was taken care of and just to our liking. It’s amazing how seamless ever transfer and activity is. You really have nothing to worry about if booking with Enchanted Travels. Their in-country person even touched base with all of guides every time we got picked up. We felt very safe and well taken care of. All the guides were professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We learned so much! The small touches (wine and chocolates in our room), welcome calls, texts from trip coordinator making sure everything was going well were very appreciated. Love these guys and the experience they provided.

I have never used a travel company that was not personally recommended until I used Enchanting Travels and was a little nervous. I had no need to worry, every detail of our trip, from the planning to the actual journey, was seamlessly taken care of. We had fabulous guides and drivers and always the assurance that our travel coordinator was always on hand if we had any concerns

Our overall satisfaction was excellent!! Katie did such an amazing job planning our itinerary with everything we wanted plus more (sonatas were amazing) and making changes that we asked for. I loved working with her. All the guides (Evan and Amid) were wonderful and informative of all the sites we visited. Amid had pictures as well and that was an added bonus. Both guides were kind and answered our questions and there were many. They were very patient with us. The hotels we stayed at were great! The stay in Merida was quite and gorgeous. Mayaland was so stunningly beautiful, so enjoyed it there on Valentines days, very romantic setting. In Cancun the El Presidente was so exquisite and our view and room was amazing! I will recommend Enchanting Travels, couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Enchanting Travels planned the most perfect trip for us to Argentina and Chile. Our accommodation was spectacular and we were spoiled beyond measure. When things went wrong (lost luggage) our Trip Coordinator went the extra mile to help us. Our planned adventures were memorable and we have lasting memories.
