Another well organised and smoothly run trip from Enchanting, full of a great mix of history, culture, geography, wildlife and local colour. Great variety and standard of accommodation, engaging and knowledgeable guide, and comfortable pace. We loved this trip.

The trip was pretty flawless. We got everything we wanted, the hotels were very accommodating to the 3 of us in one room. We had everything we needed. The drivers and guides in every country were professional and informative. We had a trip of a lifetime!

We caught piranha, watched Beautiful sunsets on the Rio Negro & Saw the meeting of the waters. Toured fantastic Rio with a great English speaking guide Tina. Stayed at caiman lodge in the Pantanal where we had delightful accommodations, delicious farm to table food, Jaguar sightings safaris with our exceptional guide Samie who could spot beautiful birds, caiman, deer, and tons of other animals. We took our adult children and Enchanting travels delivered a most memorable exceptional trip.

Enchanting’s Team did an excellent job of working with us to plan what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime trip. They did too good of a job, and now we have to go back!

My family and I have been traveling with Enchanting for the past six years. We have thousands of precious and memorable moments from every one of our trips. The adventures, accommodations, foods and transportation are customized to our taste seamlessly to the perfection! For weeks-long vacations, it is common that things go wrong and sometimes we need to make a change to the original plan on the go. Enchanting is extremely diligent and responsive to fulfill our requests and help us solve any problems arise. As a result, we always enjoy a smooth and pleasant travel experience. Their staff is super helpful, professional, knowledgeable and capable. They are the best we could hope for to take care of us throughout our whole trip!!

Enchanting Travels is definitely something special. Their personal consultants worked with our time constraints in the best way ever and the itinerary was perfect for us. We were quite overwhelmed by their attention to detail and we couldn’t have asked anything better in our first visit to Africa. Our guides were fantastic and a big shout out also to the friendly and beautiful people who looked after us in the camps we stayed in. WOW this was truly awesome and we will definitely travel with Enchanting Travels again.

Our experience with Enchanting was none other than perfection and precision. Every moving puzzle piece seemed to come together at the right time. Whether it was airport transfers, prepared lunches, birthday cakes, various planned activities, or even animals showing up (yes I understand that’s out of Enchanting’s control, but it happened), it was all perfect and right on time. Also, everyone we dealt with throughout this process with any ties to Enchanting was extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating, and very diligent in ensuring that our experience was amazing. And it worked! My wife and I are already in preliminary discussions to book our next trip through Enchanting Travels and we can’t wait.

What a great way to travel! Enchanting Travels took the hassle and stress out of the planning portion of our trip. Once we arrived in our destination we were greeted by our Enchanting Travel guide and any worries we may have had about being in a foreign country were immediately put at ease. Our accommodations exceeded expectations and we had a spectacular time on all of our experiences. We have nothing but positive things to say about Enchanting Travels!

The trip was wonderful! We really had no expectations and were so pleasantly surprised to be so well taken care of by so many wonderful, smart, conversational people. From the time we stepped off the airplane, we felt genuinely welcomed to the countries we visited in Africa. We never were left hanging or worrying about what was next. All of our transfers went beautifully with people who were eager to answer our questions about their country and their lives. And the safaris at both Chobe Elephant Camp and Moreno Crossing were amazing. Wonderful guides, lovely, hospitable hosts at every stop. Great food, snacks, drinks. And seeing giraffes, elephants, zebras, lions, leopards, hippos, and some of my favorites – the wart hogs! – never got old! Amazing, wonderful trip! Melissa did an awesome job planning this for us and Sapna was a God-send who answered all my questions before we left! And she checked on us several times during the trip to make sure everything was o.k. I can’t say enough good things about this trip! Everyone should try and go to Africa and Enchanting Travels is who they should have plan their trip!

Everyone involved at all our locations provided us with the best service and experience we could ask for. Our guides Suwin and Arnita in particular were a blessing and we were honored to travel and experience Bali, with them.

Unbelievable adventure! Well planned and executed. Never a worry. Treated like royalty at each location. Customer service was above and beyond.

The personalized service was so intimate, that when we arrived in Machu Picchu, we had an escort from the train to the bus that takes you up the mountain. It is less than 1/4 of a mile from point to point. Upon arrival on top of the mountain, we had a buffet lunch ready for us–all we had to do was give the restaurant our name. These types of touches kept me and my traveling companion from worrying about the details that could negatively impact a travel experience. We were very impressed.

I would definitely use Enchanting travel again. By planning your holiday well before you go. It is worth spending time doing this, and listen to the advice you are given You can relax during your holiday.
