This is our 3rd adventure with Enchanting Travels. Prior to these trips, I personally planned our trips. Enchanting Travels plans everything and the stress of scheduling activities, transportation, etc puts our mind at ease so that we are able to just enjoy our trip. If something has a glitch, one call to our coordinator and the problem is quickly solved. It is hard to imagine not having them plan all of our trips. My hope is that they continue to expand to more countries. It really has been a great experience and I highly recommend Enchanting Travels.

The experience we had with Enchanting Travels exceeded our expectations. Clear instructions before departure from the US allowed us to meet our guide without any trouble in the crowded Bangkok airport. From then until the very last moment of our trip we had support and guidance from the entire team. Our guides made several excellent suggestions for activities and dining after the days scheduled activities were completed. Our guide in Bangkok, Ekechai, even managed to arrange an excellent massage in between our scheduled activities and an evening cultural performance. He even had the owner of the massage parlor accompany us to the theatre so there would be no confusion! I believe we saw more and I’m sure we did more than we could have ever come close to if we had tried to arrange the trip on our own. Every detail has been anticipated and prepared. The hotels were boutique and gracious, clean, well appointed and quiet. We felt pampered by everyone on the team and it was reassuring to know that there was always someone we could reach in case of mishaps.

We returned from our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia with more than a sense of having been on holiday; we had experienced something personally moving and inspiring. We were well taken care of and guides were reliable, personable and brought history and culture to life in a very special way.

We absolutely loved the entire experience of our honeymoon trip planned by Enchanting Travels. The guides were all very personable, informative with great command of English. They each provided us with a different individual experience from local snacks, to cafes, to fruits/local produce, local food recommendations, culture and history. Everyone went out of their way to make our trip and our stay at each location impeccable. The hotel staff and each accommodation made us feel valued and they were the best accommodations we’ve ever had and we have traveled A LOT 🙂 The excursions were a great way to get a taste of history and culture in a fun and relaxing not rushed way. We will most definitely be reconnecting with Enchanting Travels Again.

A wonderful 22 day trip in Vietnam. Enchanting Travels worked with me to include what I wanted. The itinerary was very well planned, diverse and exciting. The hotels were fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone and will use them again.

This was my trip of a life time. The planning phase was so good as Anita was experienced in Indian Culture and places that might meet our needs. The transition to Anjali in India was flawless. She visited us on her first night. Typically the drivers were skilled and well informed especially Mr Anu and Mr Rahna. Visiting the Taj was amazing and the guide was well informed and help us even with pictures. Our guide in Varanasi was special… articulate and very responsive We truly got a grand experience. Also guide in Khajahuri was magnificent and the hotel there was 5 star LaLit

The experience with your company was very good, from planning the trip with Anita, to its excuse by your in-country team. We expected all of the guides and drivers to be on-time and they were, without exception, including multiple airport transfers (six), etc. We especially appreciated the constant availability of Sapna, your in-country coordinator, when our needs changes, as to small matters, (chasing a dinner reservations), to larger issues, helping us arrange for a doctor’s visit when my wife took ill. Overall, excellent and completely reliable service and experience.

We could not have planned a better trip ourselves. Our guide Kalyana was so well informed, provided great information about the history of Sri Lanka and Buddhism. We never felt insecure or unsafe. We were very comfortable travelling in our air-conditioned vehicle. Kalyana was so helpful and gracious to grant any request we had. Our accommodations were beautiful and the food was fantastic. We had a wide variety of activities planned tailored to our interests, with time to relax at the end of our trip.

Experiencing India’s Golden Triangle with Enchanting Travels was truly enchanting! Really was a trip of a lifetime!

Our experience with Enchanting Travels was superb. We were looked after every step of the way. Our driver was with us every day and could not have been more helpful. His driving surpassed all expectations in the heavy Indian traffic. Every guide was very informative and took great care to provide us with an experience that was totally unbelievable. India was on our bucket list of must sees. Our tour of old Delhi was highlighted by our walk thru the spice markets and an unexpected seat in the policeman’s hut it enjoy our first of many Masala Teas. Agra and the Taj Mahal was the highlight of our Trip. No words can tell you about the amazing feeling as you walk thru the entry archway to this magnificent icon.
We stayed at the beautiful Oberoi hotels for our time in India. They have become our favorite hotel chain and will be using them again. We look forward to using Enchanting Travels again

Our first and only experience to date with Enchanting Travels was excellent. The initial planning and then the support we had from our coordinator during the whole 24-day trip was outstanding and contributed a great deal to our overall satisfaction and peace of mind. As a couple in our mid-seventies embarking on a long and relatively complicated itinerary in India, a country we haven’t visited before, we felt secure in the fact that our coordinator, Anjali, was contactable at all times and, when necessary, held our hand through certain situations. We would certainly recommend to others, especially in our age group, to use Enchanting Travels.

Our trip was spectacular and a wonderful introduction to India for my sister and brother in law who were visiting for the first time. Our face to face with an enormous Royal Bengal Tiger in Ranthambore will enter family lore. Enchanting Travels provided us with fabulous guides who shared their knowledge and insights of local history. How else might we have learned that “the Taj Mahal is a tear drop of love on the cheek of time.

We are very happy we chose Enchanting and that they were able to create a travel experience that fully met our interests and expectations.
